Supply and fixing of non-woven Geotextile fabric having thickness of 400 GSM , Having minimum tear Strength of 250 ASTM D4533, width wise atleast 215 ASTM D4533 having puncture strength of 1550 plus as per ASTM D6241 as per authorised applicator, Having elongation at Break % of 57 plus as per ASTM D 4595 in Two layers, made out of long fibers to hold the modules and protect liner including cutting, sizing, heat welding, and needle punched for high porosity and proper percolation complete all as specified and directed. Providing and fixing FRP based ecosystem filter with diameter of 780 mm and height 1100 mm having inlet of 200 mm and oulet of 200 mm with SS 304 mesh. Flow rate of micro filter should be minimum 80 KL/hr. (FRP based RWH filter). (filter of GRIHA approved under criterions 21 & 18 and SVAGRIHA criterion 9). Complete all as per entire satisfaction of GE.

Supply and Installation of ecosystem polymer base module of (honeycomb structure) made up of recycle polypropylene capable of taking light vehicular movement upto 35 tons with adequate back filling and 4 small plate combinations creating 4 spans inside the module. These modules are made from combination of large (698 *412 MM) and small (380 *410 mm) plates alongwith external locks. Each large plate should have minimum fourteen external locking slots in order to give stability to tank. Thses tank should have optimum connection and block stabbility using double lock stability. Each single tank is made of four large and four small plate in case of single tank and 13 large and 16 small plates for triple tank. Capacity of single tank is (0.686 x 0.410x 0.450 meter) equal to 0.129 Cum (gross). Weight of each large plate should be minimum 1.2 kg and each small plate should be atleast 0.6 kg. The design to be approved by GE.

S & F uPVC 110 mm Sch-40 pipes having straight slots of sizes 2.00 mm to match soil for water entry using standard length (3-6 mtrs) jointed with solvent thread meeting IS-12818, IS-8110 or ISO standard complete all as specified and directed.

Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS : 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standards and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture’s permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing. including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete,1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete,1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete includuing necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete all as specified and directed.

Trial Bore of 250 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / Boulder etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coarse sand of size 1.5 to 2.0 mm including spreading & levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coarse gravel of size 5-10mm spreading & levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 1 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.
