Supplying,Laying and testing of XLPE HT UG Cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV earthed grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed on pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC Cover protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.)

S & F Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade 165 mm (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix post type insulators 11 KV grade 165mm porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 80 mm dia Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete for protection of under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for excavaton in trenches for laying of cable , n.exc.1.5mtr wide & n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth & getting out in soft and loos soil poles, struts and stays complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for excavaton in trenches for pole & stay n.exc.1.5mtr wide & exc. 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0m in depth & getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removing the excavated material (soil) upto a distance n.exc.50 mtr & depositing where directed a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning & filling in including sprading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc.1.5 mtr above starting point in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean locally available sand for underground cable 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note: Pressed thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying and un-reinforced cable cover class HV type-I with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles / struts/ stays etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation & mass concrete including necessary form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for boring under roads any length and upto 1m depth for road crossing of UG cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia MS TMT bars of semicircular shape 15 cm dia 10 cm thick duly engraved MES LT/HT cable having RCC pillar of size 10 x 10 cm x 60 cm embedded 45 cm below ground level and 15 cm above ground level and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint above groung level including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

M&L for fabricating, by arc/gas welding or with fastners, nut, bolts, washers as required, portable trolley made out of rolled steel Fe-290 Gde E-165- W/I section, angle or tee section, plate, girder etc, fully covered with galvanised sheet canopy , designed to accommodate Cable Fault locator and acceessories and provision of suitable towing arrangement swivel type for towing with the vehicles to suit the ground clearance of approx 45 cm. The trolley shall be of suitable size as per requirement to accomodate the Cable fault Locator and accessories all as specified, directed and shown on drawings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: (i) Design and drawing of trolley will be prepared by contractor and got approval from GE before fabrication. (ii) Wheel and axle shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Supply and fix axle suitable for the trolley, of size 8 cm x 8 cm, approx length 6 feet, tapered both ends for fixing wheel bearings and threaded at both ends for fixing check nuts to hold the wheels complete with check nuts, leaf springs and holding bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix to trolley Sumo wheel barrow tyre 3508 with rim, bearing housing/inbuilt bush and 6205 double bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix switch air break, horizontal typy, gang operated, Triple pole, mechanically operated, HT 11000 volts grade mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, forHT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat cold type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core all as directed by Engr in Cgarge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire.galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 10 cms above ground level. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) GI wire upto DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position
