(CLEAR WATER PUMP) Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of 7.5 HP centrifugal monoblock pump set, electrically driven 3 ph, 415 volts, RPM-3000, 'F' class insulation, IP 68 protection TEFC Motor, CI impeller, Sealing- Gland Packing, with discharge capacity of 625 LPM at minimum head 20 mtr including base frame made of MS Channel 75mmx50mm, with required nuts and bolts, 01 No pressure guage 0 to 7 kg /cm2, 01 No brass footvalve and GI suction pipe of size as per OEM recommendation (Size of valve and pipe shall be Min 80mm dia medium grade and length of pipe 4 metre with ISI mark) complete all as specified and directed. Pump make- Kirloskar or equivalent. (Note: All accessories required such as clamps, nut bolt, welding work, riveting etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate). Note: The pumpset shall be installed in following locations:- (i) At clear water tank to natural reservoir - 02 Nos (01W+01S)

Supply and assembly including jointing and fixing in position MS ERW pipe fine cut of internal dia 100/80 mm bore of thickness 5.4 mm conforming to ISS 4270-2001 ( ISI marked ) both ends flanged and covered with a suitable dummy cover including with electric arc welding both side all as specified for header to make branch connection including painting , the pipes with single coat of epoxy primer and two coats of red enamealed paint and complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying of GI pipe medium grade including all required fittings of size 100mm dia (for existing PH to STP & clear water line upto natural nallah)

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of sludge extraction self-priming monoblock pump set of min 3.2 Cum/Hr @ 40 m head, electrically driven 3 Ph, 415 Volts, CI Non-cloging impeller, sealing-gland packing for transfering the sludge from of the base plate / tube settler to sludge holding tank complete in all respect with all fittings, fixtures, valves, NRVs, pressure gauges, piping etc. complete as per OEM/STP manufacturer's design including PCC foundation, base frame made of MS channel, with required nut and bolts, 01 No pressure gauge 0 to 7 kg/cm², 01 No brass footvalve including GI fittings to fix 100mm GI Pipes complete all as specified and directed (02W+02S) Note:- 1. All acessories required such as clamp nut bolt, welding work, etc deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. The pumpset shall be installed in closed shed as shown in drawing. 3. Suction pipe 100mm dia shall be measured and paid seperately under relavent items.

Note for Srl Item No. 11.31 to 11.53 - Cost of all any other major and minor items such as electro mechanical items i.e Butterfly valve,PVC riser pipes,SS 304 aeration grids,coarse bubble diffuses,fine bubble diffusers,flowmeter,rotameter,NRVs,MS pipes of various diaetc as recommended by OEM to make STP fully functional in all respect is deemed toincluded in quoted rates.

Sch 'A' Sec-XII {MANNING & OPERATIONS OF STP OF CAPACITY 0.3MLD MBBR) (PHASE-II)}Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Comprehensive Maintenance and Operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 0.3 MLD using MBBR technology including 04 sewage pumping installation at various locations and stand by DG Sets installed under this project during the first year including all connected consumables materials (except FOL for DG sets which will be provided by Deptt free of cost) round the clock (24 Hrs in 3 shifts of 08 Hrs Each) including Sunday & Holiday complete all as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge commencing from the next date of completion of Phase-I providing requisite manpower all as per OEM's recommendation each shift as under:- (i) Operator (category w.r.t. minimum wages - skilled labour) - One No (ii) Helper (category w.r.t. minimum wages - un-skilled labour) - One No Note:- (a) The scope of work shall include day to day running maintenance, cleaning of the plant and repairing if any, complaints from the concerned plant and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Necessary reliever shall have to be provided during "week off day" of the regular Operator/Helper without any extra cost. Duty register shall be maintained accordingly duly approved by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Water and Electricity required for operation of STP plant shall be provided free of cost by the department. (d) Timings of shifts of 08 hrs each shall be decided by GE & this aspect shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the bidders. (e) Contractor shall also be responsible for the discipline & integrity of staff deployed & shall be responsible for any lapse. (f) Plant shall be handed over in fully serviceable state after completion of contract. (g) Comprehensive maint of all the items including periodic cleaning of sewage pump(Quarterly using mechnical methoed means-heavy sucker etc) and other components shall be done as per manufacturer's instruction/manual. (h) Sufficient consumables materials shall be kept at site by the contractor to avoid disruption of services and the cost for the same shall be borne by the contractor.. (j) Maintenance of bldgs is not under the scope of this item. (k) The defect liability of Phase-I is 24 Months. Hence the rates are deemed to be quoted for repairs within & beyond the period of defect liability accordingly.
