Comprehensive preventive maint for operationaly fit for EOT Crane 7.5 ton capacity make M/s Vishal Cranex (P) Ltd located at Bofors Shed bldg No 211 at Tech area Taku. Preventive maint/servicing and routine maint of the following : longitutinal travel/cross travel for frequent reversing frequent acceleration as well as break, power panel, fuse switches for electric control system limit switches for hoisting lowering trolley.and coupling unit travel track, base plate,Gear wheel/ housing assembly system. Checking/ lubricating servicing setting and testing of gear box assembly/braek pully system for proper tightness. Hoist steel wire rope for cut abberation, cleaning up all grease/clipping materials for its safe operation, setting right and replacement of damaged wiring of electrical system in PVC trolly cable outside cabin & main switches to control panel, inspect/checking, decarbonizing and tightening of electrical connection in total system, setting and tightening the same as per their capacity. The following minor spare parts if reqd to be replaced i.e gasket, nuts, bolts, washer, & Oiling/Greasing etc, the contractor to apply two coat of painting for complete system once in entire contract and written on SM No, Machine No, Make, Date of installation & capacity the rates are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. All other remaining items to be checked if necessary to replace the worn out parts complete time to time for safe and satisfactory run of crane. Spares parts will be measured and paid seperatly. all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor will carry out comprehensive maintanance by skilled service engineers/mechanic with frequently of 30 days interval and also attend to any type of break down on emergency basis as and when intimated byJE E/M or Engr-inCharge. (ii) Contractor will ensure serviceability and safty of crane during his each visit by way of maintaining job card duly signed by JE E/M, in addition contractor will provide safety certificate once in entire contract period from a competent auth, i.e Safety Offr deputed by State Govt or Central Govt (iii) Contractor to maintain records for replacement of spares parts.
