Tender Ref. No: MDO/ENGG/2024-25/LT-01 || e-Tender Id: 2024_BSO_179964_1 1. There are two parts of this Price Bid (A & B) where part-A is no quote only. In part-B, the service charge has been calculated at maximum allowable 10% on which bidders to quote their discount. Party should quote by selecting LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. There are no quote and quotable However, service charge must not exceed 10%. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 3. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all Taxes, levies, duties, transport, insurance charges but exclusive of GST only and only GST will be paid extra. The rate for Basic + VDA has been taken as per latest circular for minimum wages applicable for Area-C w.e.f. 01.04.2024 and subject to revision as per latest communications thereon. 4. The party must quote only after having read & understood all terms & conditions of tender.
