Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply and Commissioning of 8 Nos. of Online Partial Discharge Monitoring System (PDMS) for Generators of RTPS project conforming to KPCL Technical Specification

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

The Bidder/OEM shall have experience of having supplied at least 50% of the quantity of the tendered material/equipment specified in the present enquiry to State/Central owned Generation/PSUs Private OEMs/Power Generating Company. (Bidder/OEM shall upload the supporting documents such as Work Order/Job Order copies along with order completion certificates/performance certificates) The Bidder/OEM shall furnish the Performance Certificate for at least 25% of the quantity of the tendered material/equipment specified in the present enquiry, issued by State/Central owned Generation/PSUs Private OEMs/ Power Generating Company. The issuing officer of performance certificates shall not be below the rank of Chief Engineer or Equivalent Division Head. The Performance Certificate shall indicate the rating of tendered material/equipment, make, name of the PSUs/Generating Stations where it is installed, date of Commissioning etc., in order to show that the tendered material/equipment specified in the present enquiry were in successful operation for at least a minimum period of one year as on the date of bid opening.The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) shall have a minimum experience of Ten years in the field of manufacturing of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry. The vendors who are not registered with KPCL shall submit duly filled Supplier Registration Form along with requested documents and get registered.

The Bidder shall be Original MANUFACTURER or AUTHORIZED DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Tendered equipment/material.Bidder shall furnish a copy of factory license (for Original MANUFACTURER) to satisfy the qualification criteria. In case of Authorized Dealer/Distributor, Bidder shall furnish the Authorization Certificate/ Agreement copy from OEM certifying that they are the authorized Dealer/Distributor of the manufacturer.Further, the authorized Dealer/Distributor of the manufacturer and OEM shall furnish a legally enforceable deed of undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- to guarantee quality, timely supply and performance and guarantee obligations as specified in the tender.Self undertaking by intending Bidder on their Letter Head that Bidder is capable of executing the job under captioned enquiry.

The intending bidder should have an annual turnover of not less than Rs.16.52 Crores (Rupees Sixteen crores Fifty Two lakhs) in at least two (2) financial years in the preceding five years i.e. for the financial year 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 2023-24 & 2024-25 The bidder shall furnish copy of annual turnover report/audited balance sheet duly certified by the chartered accountant.
