Supply of Bi directional inset type high intensity runway edge light fitting with clear and clear lens for aviation visual aids complete with shallow base, side cable entry and matching body of the fitting with 2 x 100W/105W, 6.6 A, pre focused reflector halogen lamps with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal pressure relief test plug, gasket cover complete with all other accessories as per ICAO specifications, as per site condition & direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Supply of elevated type LED Taxiway Edge light fitting (MIRL fitting) for use as Taxiway / Apron Edge /Turning Pad lights suitable for operation at 2.8 Amps to 6.6 Amps series circuit supply current complete with suitable LEDs, omni-directional lens, lens clamping mechanism, breakable coupling, rings /gaskets, base plate with 06 nos. M-10 stainless steel bolts and including an integrated encapsulated suitable electronic converter with standard secondary lead etc. complete fitting confirming to latest ICAO standards /requirement complete as required.

Supply of C.I isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at three side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive of 63 mm dia (outer dia) HDPE/G. I. pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI box to receive one no. 15 mm dia, "B" class, GI pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30 mm tapped inside near the hole away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.(triple Hole type).

Installation of transformer housing box / collar as per site with a 100mm thick base concrete of 1:3:6 & all round concrete of 1:2:4 of 150mm thick along with top sloped as specified i/c providing & fixing 250 mm long 15mm dia "B" class G.l Pipe with check nuts at the bottom surface for drainage of water i/c excavation, alignment & refilling as reqd & as per drawing and specifications, as per site condition as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

SITC of Air Curtain (low noise type) operating on 230 volts 50 Hz supply with suitable fixing arrangement with suitable angle iron frame including supply of one no infra red sensor for AUTO ON/OFF system such that whenever the sliding gate door is opened the Air curtain is ON and when the door is closed the Air Curtain is OFF, including necessary power connection from the nearest power point upto 1.5 Mtr and connection and interconnection with door for auto on and off operation as per site etc, as required as per direction of Engg In Charge. (Air Curtain with 1.2Mtr Width).

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 240 kA 3 phase 4 wire Digital Portable Low Impedance equipment Grounding & bonding system with built in 100% Lightning and Surges suppressor, static charge, Noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics eliminator which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0V, a digital 6 digit lightening surge counter, self health visual status indicator and ON-LINE remote monitoring facility of Earth-Neutral voltage in a Pre-wired pulverulent body painted metal enclosure to be connected in parallel to the power supply circuit, Conforming to IEC , CE Marked, CPRI tested as per site condition etc, as required as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

SITC of 1.5 Ton(4500kCal/Hr capacity),5 star rating Inverter split Air conditioner (YEAR 2022 MODEL for indoor and out door unit) with all the internal component of indoor unit shall be fire retardant , cordless remote & fitted with rotary /scroll /semi-hermetic compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/410a or as per latest norms suitable for high wall mounting & suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performing following functions; (i) Cooling (ii) Dehumidifying, (iii) Air Circulating, & (iv) Filtering.. (Minimum five or more star rating) including 3 mtrs refrigerant piping and 3 mtrs hard drain pipe as per site as direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Supply & fixing of Iron Angle stand suitable for installation of outdoor unit of above mentioned 1.5 TR split air-conditioners including paining etc. complete as required and as per direction of Engineering In-Charge..

Supply and fixing of Extra Refrigerant copper piping of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with suitable Nitrile Insulation and Electrical Cable of size 4 Core x 4 Sq. mm copper conductor for connection from indoor to outdoor unit and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as required. (Two length of suction and discharge piping and one length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item)

Supply and fixing of hard PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends necessary accessories for connection etc. complete as required.

Supply of Dragon LED light( minimum 15Watt rechargeable type) with suitable lithium ion battery for running time of 8 to 10 hrs effective distance coverage in dark minimum 800 mtr with high,low,flashing,facilities with IP65 rating suitable to operate on 230V AC supply and termeparetue 4 Degree to 50 Degree .

Dismantling of approach light fittings with pipe by excavation and refilling the earth and re installation of fittings on CI Box including necessary connection as per ICAO specification, annextuer 14 in line with runway centreline by checking the site elevation and as per site condition along with breakable coupling as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Cutting of Runway concrete surface for laying of suitable size of HDPE Pipe upto 63 MM dia for runway lighting connection and making good with suitable compound as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as per direction of Engineering In-Charge.

SITC of Havey duty wall mounting fan suitable to oprate on 230V 50Hz AC supply and Sweep Size of 600mm with 1400 RPM as per site condition.
