Repair to leaking joint of 15mm bore GI pipe line fixed on wall or laid in floor/ roof or in trenches including cutting chases/ excavation in any type of soil as required at site for working in workman like manner, opening the leaking joint by opening GI fitting or cutting the pipe, re-threading on site with ratchet die set, fixing GI pipe/ fittings, testing of repaired joint, returning and filling in to make good the disturbed surface to match with the existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) GI pipe/ fittings required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ as supply only. (b) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (c) Necessary PCC work shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-7 suitable for and including push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F DI/CI pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc spigot socketed or flanged ends type of size upto 150 mm nominal bore including push on rubber tyton joint conforming to IS-9520/2000 with pressure rating PN-1 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure - A of IS:9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure 'B' of IS-9523/2000) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down steel water tubing 15 mm bore and supply & fixing in replacement 15 mm bore galvanised steel tubing medium grade, ISI marked including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both end suitable for 15mm bore pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including disposal of unserviceable material complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for to support the pipe line etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of cast iron pipe line of overhead / semi underground reservoir of any size or height with two coats of synthetic enamel dust and weather proof paint of approved make (as per existing colour i.e. for inlet pipe- Blue colour, for outlet pipe - Green colour, for overflow pipe - Yellow colour, for drain out pipe - Black colour) including preparation of old surfaces of pipes, by scrapping or complete removal of rusting to the pipes, filling cavities with filler, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of outer walls of overhead reservoir of any height or capacity with one coat of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with silicon additives including prepartion of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side of ovrhead reservoir upto required height shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Dismantling existing old and unserviceable sluice valve removing from site and depositing to MES store. Supply & Fixing cast iron sluice valve, SS spindle 150 mm bore, flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked as per IS:14846/2000 and CI operating wheel including gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified & directed. Make: Upadhyaya/ BIR /Kartar
