Supply and fixing of Smart AHU Controller with suitable capacity(15000 CFM).Integ ration with temperature sensors, humidity sensors, differential pressure switches, damper actuators, and VFDs.Provision for control of supply fan, return fan, cooling coil valve, and fresh air/return air dampers.Configuration, programming, and graphi cs development as per system requirement.Testing, commissioning, and demonstr ation of complete operation through BMS interface.All wiring between controller, sensors, actuators, and panel as required for a complete working system.Necess ary mounting accessories, power supply arrangements, terminations, and labeling Supply, mounting, wiring, configuration, testing and commissioning of a 7-inch colour TFT capacitive touch display fully compatible with the existing Smart AHU controllers. The supply shall include all accessories, mounting hardware, interconn ecting cables, power supply, termination, labeling and documentation required for a complete and functional unit. Supply and topping up of refrigerant Gas R-22, Make - Mefron or equivalent ISI approved as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and labour for Overhauling and repairing of any size refrigerant suction/ delivery liquid line valve including servicing of valve, replacement of packing mate rial, sealing rings, Teflon washers and testing complete all as specified and as direc ted by Engineer-in-Charge.
