Providing and laying in position batched design mix cement concrete by using fully automatic reverse drum weigh batching plant for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works above plinth level upto floor V level Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum. Acrylic emulsion curing compound of approved brand to be sprayed on concrete surface for curing as per manufacturer data sheet of lower limit. Note: Ajax will not be allowed for concrete work at any cost. For curing suitable curing compound shall have to be used / sprayed. Only black aggregatec of Dala will be allowed to be used in concrete work.

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

For conducting Non destructive test of existing over head tank structure (Rebound hammar & Pulse Velocity testor as per satisfaction of EIC) for load bearing of 125 KL capacity tank & strength of structure from AAI approved lab as per relevent IS code and all other items that are necessary to complete safety of structure in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Each test consists of 1 number rebound hammer & 1 number Pulse Velocity. The rates are inclusive of scaffolding, testing equipments, lab technician submission of test reports, Transporation complete in all respect.

Providing consultancy services for tank staging of 125 KL capacity conforming to the determined safe bearing capacity of the structure, analysis and submission of detailed reports on non-destructive testing report, consultancy services for strengthening of overhead tank staging structure based on prescribed SBC of soil taking into consideration multiple dead ,live load, wind load, sesmic load and static loads of RCC structure as per relevant IS codes if required and all other works to be carried out to meet the safety of structures in all respects to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
