Supply and applying micro concrete around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structures after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering, scaffolding and safety arrangement as required as per site conditions and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, floor complete all as specified and as directed,

Material & Labour for Stainless steel decorative railing in staircase made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc (grade 316),(design and pattern as approved including necessary welding , buffing, polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel decorative railing chain to connect two bollard/ post with hooks (sample kept at GE (NW) Kunjali ) including necessary welding/reveting and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for mild steel framed work such as grating, gate, ladder, supporting to structure of duct, drain edge etc made out of angle, channel including all necessory cutting , welding, drilling, bolting or riveting , confirming to Fe-290, E-165. including making good the disturbed portion of concrete surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers in building/jetty/dock above sea water level with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Material & labour for raking out cement pointing or any other hard material used and careful repointing and repairs to be carried on the damaged pointing of stone masonry in jetty/dock above sea water level by using RENDEROC SP 40 for marine environment and submerged condition. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : FOSROC or equivalent in Sika or Asian.

Material & labour for preparation of stone masonary surface and cleaning all loose laitance, algae fungal, foreign material and application of transperent protective paint NItocote SN 522(transparent) suitable for stone masonary in marine and submerged condition as per the manufactures instruction all as specified & directed. Note for Item No 19 to 21 1- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation, sea growth on surface of stone wall surfaces. 2- Rate should be inclusive of necessary arranegemnt of scaffolding or otherwise while carrying out work above sea water level.If there is requirement of small private boat for carrying out the work, same should be arranged by contractor. 3- Necessary safety precautions as per safety norms like helmet, shoes, life jacket must be ensured by contractor with in the quoted rates. 4- Work shall be executed as per manufacturer instructions .
