WORK OF MAINTENANCE OF 220 KV SUB-STATIONS, NEHTAUR UNDER ETD, DHAMPUR.

Work of maintenance of 220 KV Sub-Stations, Nehtaur under ETD, Dhampur.

Preventive maintenance of complete substation equipment, Complete electrical circuits, lighting arrangement etc. round the clock at 220 KV S/S Nehtaur for a period of 1 Year with the following minimum no. of staff as per norms- TG-2- 01, Line Man/Technician- 01 nos., Helper- 02

General Daily cleaning of floors in control room, committee room, SDO/JE office building, toilet, wash basin by phenyl & wet cloth including cleaning of CC road drains in the periphery of sub-station including cost of material and labour.

Grass Cutting of complete Sub-Station (4 Times) + Chemical Spray (1 Time) in one year.

Cleaning of the cable trenches of various sizes cable recks by removing earth deposites and other foreign material in the bottom. Work will be executed for one year.

Fire Fighting including Mulsifyre and Fire Hydrant for one year. (Work includes- 1- Refilling of foam type and ABC/DCP type fire extinguisher shall done once in a year and CO2 type fire extinguish shall be executed as required in empty cylinders Only. Replacement of hose-pipe/ defective parts and painting of fire extinguisher with post office red paint, after scrubing of old paint by sand paper by proper cleaning, along with writing on date of filling, pasting of operating instruction on the fire extingushers. 2- Maintenance of Mulsifyre system including replacement of damaged gland, overahuling of NRV, all automatic operation of diesel set, main motor set, air compressor, jocky pump & checking of air, water pressure switch. 3- Maintenance of Fire Hydrent system including attending water leakage and required regular maintenance.)

Regular maintenance of lawn, grassy fields, regular watering, trimming for smooth leveling, thorough match required T&P, fertilizer and pesticides, plants etc. for one year. Work includes- 1. Hedge plantation in row distance between two hedge 15 to 25 cm including digging holes 6" to 12", manure and treatment with chemical etc, including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete in all respects. (Qty- 200 RMT) 2. Supply and planting of Garden Grass including cost of plants, manure, pesticides, fertilizers, labour and T&P etc complete also including preperation of bed. (Qty- 250 Sqm.) 3. Maintenance of seasonal flower bed including digging the earth in bed as per necessity whenever necessary during replantation, plantation of seasonal flower, manuring, watering, mixing of manure with earth uprooting the expired plants after its expiry and replacement of new seasonal plants. (Qty- 200 Sqm.) 4. Maintenance of already planted plants/trees including interculture operation including application of fertilizers. (Qty- 100 Nos.)

Maintenance of air conditioner plant by servicing of each conditioner as required (minimum 02 times), cleaning and washing regularly work also includes to arrange private mechanic, if any breadown occured in AC to check the fault (To attend the fault cost of material like, electronic parts, compressor etc will be arranged by the contractor). Refilling machine & refrigant gas will be also provided by the contractor through out the year as and when required.
