Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles

Brick work with old size sub class 'B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions finish the surface to even & fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of 100% Premium plastic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interior ceiling paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including a coat of interior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm applied using roller to achieve excellent application using limited manpower including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutter without taking off shutters from the frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each.
