Labour only for checking the serviceability of different spares / components / parts of security light fittings (HPSV, HPMV fittings, LED fitting of any type, any wattage/capacity) of any description and in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) (or) replecement of complete fitting either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES FOR SCH `A’ ITEM NO 1:- (i) Fixing element of the new replaced part(s) is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for above item and new parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only against respect items of 'BOQ’. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire, gaskets and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A'(BOQ) items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition.

Suppy only LED out door driver IP66 suitable for existing LED street light fitting of 60 to 70 watts of make as required at site ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy only LED out door driver IP66 suitable for existing LED street light fitting of 120 to 150 watts of make Philips as required at site ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 1.5 Sqmm 2 core multi-stranded armoured copper conductor, PVC insulated sheathed flat cable for connecting junction box to street light fitting ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC conduit medium grade 25mm thick for running 2 core cable from junction box to street / flood light fitting including necessary fixing arrangement such as MS clamp of suitable size complete with nuts and bolts ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MCB, SP 6 to 32 Amps - 10KA 240 Volts ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry of size 200 x160x 98 mm fixing on pole / wall with MS clamps / MS flat iron ( as per site requirement) of size 25x4mm , nuts, bolts, washer and glands, including one No of MCB SP 6 Amps ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LED flood light fitting new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life ,120 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source with 100 lumens/watt colour ,temperature 5700-6500K and lens embedded PC cover having top opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10 KV built in surge protection device as light source in and including taking down old unservicableLED flood light fitting ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Post top lantern LED fitting of 45/50 Watts complete with diamond shape, LED driver and accessories required for fitting as in replacment,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

LT under ground electric power cable crossed linked polyethylene ( XLPE) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI-7098 Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm cross sectional area, 2 core ,laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc. with and including MS Clamps, nuts , bolts, washers including jointing and testing complete in and including taking out old unserviceable cable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note : Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection bricks/ tiles/ block and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but cable of size 16 sqmm 2 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and and not exc. 1.5m depth wide in any type of soil for laying electric cables/pipes etc including getting out excavated earth and trimming the sides and bottoms of trenches , complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No. 13 here-in-before but exceeding 1.50 m in depth & not exceeding 3m in depth

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth (punned down to 10 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable), complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness (over all 18 cm) shall be measured & paid.

Factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Relaying of factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm taken out while taking out old unserviceable cable, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specificed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Low density poly ethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6Kg/ Square cm fixed on poles for cable protection fixed as in replacment of old unservicable pipe,compllete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Digital type timer switch 3 phase module type, 24 hrs program , programmable 15 times min current capacity 16 to 32 Amps with one change over, fixed as in replacment,compllete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Street light bracket fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade tubing 1.2 mtr long bent to required shape including 02 Nos of MS clamp of size 450x50x5mm flat duly fitted with Mild steel nuts, bolts and washers and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide Zn chrome primer and fixed to pole / walls etc fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contactor 70 Amps ,415 volt 50 Hz 3 pole for street light panel fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Contactor 40 Amps ,415 volt 50 Hz 3 pole for street light panel fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dressing of LT panels/Bus bars/Poles by excavating the cable loop, dressing of cable properly by cutting the damaged part and dressed with insulation tape, thimble, nuts, bolts and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Quoted Rates shall deemed to be inclusive of taking down the existing cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Weather proof outdoor type LT panel cum bus bar made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 200 Amps, 60cm long having 10cm min distance from the body, duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner including 100Amps MCCB 4 pole as incomer with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points including excavation and earth work complete with 100 Amps MCCB 4 pole 25 KA - 01 No as incomer in and including taking down of old unserviceable Bus bar chamber , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Notes: (i) Drawings for Bus bar chamber shall be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before placing the order .This aspect shall be inclusive in the quoted Rate. (ii) Quoted Rates are inclusive of taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils .

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and testing ,including dismanteling of old unserviceable earthing , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 1.00 metre away from earth.

Cutting and trimming of trees and branches to clear the over head line in the arc of HT/LT over head line feeders and removal of the trimmed branches of trees , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : 1. Any ACSR conductor damaged during the cuttings of trees / branches shall be repaired and jointed / fixed by the contractor, to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, without any extra cost and nothing extra shall be admissible from the department on this account what-so-ever. 2. The cutting / trimming of tree branches shall be done atleast 2.00 metre radius of OH line. 3. The unit of measurement is 'SPAN' i.e. distance covered between two poles.

Re-stretching of aluminium conductor any size and length complete including removing kinks and providing new binding wire /Jumper where required , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Length of each conductor to be measured separately for payment purpose.

Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 ( 9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, final, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work , PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block , disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with Black bituminous paint ) from plinth block and numbering of poles , painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint including dismantling of existing old damage PCC pole/ steel pole of any description , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :Cost of Transportation of Pole at location shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor against this item and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account .

Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles/road cutting patch work including necessary form work and finished the surface with plastering using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
