Work contract for overhauling/ repairing/ servicing and maintenance of various vehicle at ATPS, MPPGCL, Chachai.

Overhauling of Engine:- a) Complete dismantling of engine and replacement of its damaged worn out spares such as piston ring, inner, valves, cam shaft, connecting and main bearing, replacement of gear rocker engine packing kit, diesel oil filter etc b) Grinding and machining work of crank shaft valve seats and replacement of all wornout parts.

Fuel Injection pump:- Repairing of fuel injection pump along with replacement of worn out spares and calibration of fuel pump.

Gear box and Transmission System :- Repairing of gear box and complete transmission system alongwith replacement of damaged gear, Main shaft, counter shaft, bearings and packing kit, complete checking of differential and replacement of worn out spares such as star bearings, differential packing kit propeller shaft nut bolts U.J. crosses etc

Clutch System:- Repairing clutch alongwith replacement of clutch plate, pressure plate fingers, release bearing forks and clutch paddle rod bushes.

Brake system :- Replacement of master cylinder body & kit, 4 Nos. wheel cylinder body & kit all four wheel hub greasing, replacement of damage spares such as brake shoes liners rivets and replacement of rear inner side 01 No. bearing & outer side 1 No. bearing, replacement of inner & outer oil seal and matching & facing of all four hub checking of hub thread.

Radiator:- Replacement of coils of Radiator with new one along with replacement of bottom, hose pipes & clamps etc.

Light System:- Repairing of lighting system alongwith replacement of wiring looms cable, front & back assembly, cabin light, wiper motor with arms & blades side indicator, dash board lighting and replacement of KM chain with speedometer gear etc.

Repairing of Body & Cabin :- Repairing of front cabin & cabin foundation and both doors. Repairing of driver & helper seats along with replacement of foam & rexin.
