Design,supply,fabrication, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of stainless steel cladding with 3 mm thick plate conforming to ASTM-240 Gr. 304 over the existing penstock liners of diameters 4.05 m from chainage 539.0 to 600.0 m complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Design,supply,fabrication, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of stainless steel cladding with 5 mm thick plate conforming to ASTM-240 Gr. 304 over three nos. of Bifurcations ( One is of size 3.9 to 2.75m and 2 are of size 2.75 to 1.9 m) of the penstock liners complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
Eddy Current Array testing of all the joints as per specification and as directed complete
Patch repair of Penstock and bifurcations ASTM 537 Class-II steel plates including cutting and removal of the damadaged portions of liners complete
Repair of Corroded portion of penstock and bifurcations by weld deposits with electrodes grade to E- 8018 including all tools tackles, labours etc complete
