M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified land as directed.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas. Notes for item No 74 & 75: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted by contractor within 7 days after opening of Financial Bid otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 74 & 75 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

M and L for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 lts capacity, double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and nipple fixed in position, with 20 mm dia brass float valve and polyethylene ball including taking out existing unserviceable overhead tank of any description.

Attending to complaint of unsv switch ,socket ,fan regulator and making of light / power point in casing caping upto 2 mtr of length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge, at RRRC and adjoining area.

Attending to Geyser complaints at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable spares, burnt copper wire connections wherever required and repairing any type of switch, socket, plug top etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No. 93, 94 and 95 (a) fixtures / fittings shall be paid under relevant item against supply only. (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for minor and maintenance repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor within one week from the date of issue of work order. (e) Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experienced professional to carry out day to day complaints and must deploy 01 electrician and 01 helper at RRRC Complaint cell from 0900Hrs to 1700 Hrs from Monday to Sunday. Electrician and helper shall report to RRRC complaint cell at 0900 hrs daily and get the job card for carry out the work and same will be retrun to concered JE at 1700 hrs as token of completion of job. In case of any breakdown/ emergency, contractor shall make arrangement to attend and rectify the complaints in odd hours on sunday/ holiday also. The rates quoted in sch 'A' respective items shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Note: whatever be the nature of electrcal complaint the wholesole rectification responsibilty lies with the contractor. (f) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 100/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 4 hours. (g) All ser numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and amount of docket included in this. (h) Daily attendance register will be maintained by conserned JE and if any electrician/ helper found absent on any working day then penalty @Rs 1000/- per day per workman will be recoverd from the contractor.

Attending to electrical complaint of no light / short circuit in light or power circuit / MCCB tripping or any other emergency nature complaint during night hours (from 09 pm to 05 am). Notes for Item No. 96 (a) fixtures / fittings shall be paid under relevant item against supply only. (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for minor and maintenance repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor within one week from the date of issue of work order. (e) Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experienced professional to carry out day to day complaints and must deploy 01 electrician at RRRC Complaint cell from 2100 Hrs to 0500 Hrs from Monday to Sunday .
