Preparing Old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and priming the surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint on walls and Distempering walls with cement paint(2coats)

M&L for Hardcore Broken stone or boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.(laid dry or laid dry and pointed)

Removing of demolished building material out side the MD land to a distance exc 1 km upto10 Km including loading and unloading, etc complete all as specified. Note : Location and permission of depositing the building materials/disposal out side the M.D. land shall rest with contractor at his own arrangement.
