Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser /Wherever required using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm diaof 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of glazed Aluminium Partition with Aluminium frame section (manufactured to relevant IS Specification) for vertical and bottom of size 65 X 38 X 2 mm, horizontal section of size 100 X 45 X 2 mm including providing 5.5 mm thick glasssuperior quality at middle portion and Novapan of 8 mm thick at top and bottom with necessary accessories like snap on beading (clips), cleat angles, fully threaded 75mm long metal screws, wooden plugs & metal screws etc., including drilling holes in theconcrete / brick masonry etc., wherever required, all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered andjointed mechanically wherever required including using glazing clip, rubber beading for glazing and necessary screws, plugs etc.,<(>,<)> complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 6 mm thick of wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tiles including all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 12 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing granite slabs (jet black) of 20mm thick (super fine polished with nosing edges) on the steps area of building, in between urinals and wherever required in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)). The rate inclusive of costof granite slab, chemical component, white cement, labour charges & conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC ( Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 X 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces interior to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and including cost of Synthetic Enamel Paint and labour charges etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with One coat of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Colour washing with lime powder on new wall surfaces TWO COATS and one coat of white washing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces, preparaton of wall, cost of lime powder, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and asdirected by the departmental officers.
