CIVIL WORK

Clearing scrub Jungle and Surface dressing of the ground. The rate including hire charges of all machineries, removing of all rubbish from site, lead upto 50m, transportat charges and labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and constructing cast in situ hydraulic bored piles of 600mm diameter in M30 grade concrete using blended cement - slag cement with minimum cement content of 400kg/m³ in accordance with the structural engineers drawings and directions, but exculding reinforcement including cost of mobalization of all necessary plants, equipment's like piling rigs, temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out cardinal points and the removal of the same, boring in overburden, using bentonite mud circulation technique or any other method duly through all strata upto the foundation level of piles etc., complete all as approved by the departmental engineer. Further include dewatering, placing concrete by tremie pipe method, disposal of bored material outside the site.

Including Chipping carefully cut off portion of piles as required without any damage to the piles and dressing the top and removing all the debris away from the site with out any extra cost as directed including the cost of all tools, plants, conveyance, all labour, lead and lift required etc ., Conducting standard penetration test to identify the refusal strata for atleast 1 pile in group and atleast 25% of piles, comparing with refusal strata as indentified in soil report and providing socketting into refusal strata by 1.00mt or into hard rock by 100% dia of the pile. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap).

Carrying out initial Working pile load test on specified dia piles as specified in IS:2911 (Part 4). Includes all plant, equipment, machinery, instruments, measuring devices, platforms and kentledge pile caps etc., dismantling and carting away entire setup, excavation and dewatering etc., all complete.

Earth work excavation and desposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., As per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting Inclusive of 17,23 shoring shuttering, baling out water where ever necessary 24 and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers

Construction of Granular sub-base providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close graded Material conforming to Grading V of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) -150mm compacted thickness by providing,laying,paving and compacting of aggregate gradtion satisfying table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical parameters as per MORTH table 400-12, mixing in wet mix plant 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site and laid in pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibrator rollers 8-10 tonnee to achieve the desired density 98% of maximum dry density. The rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers as per MORTH specification 406 IV Revision

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 cement , 4 Msand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm thick and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Providing pre-constructional Antitermite treatment including cost of chemicals labour as per standard specifications for preparing the area for treatment by spraying chemicals and other incidental charges etc.. complete. The rates should be for antitermite treatment from the plinth beam and brick masonry with super structure in contact with the back fill earth and at the junction of the walls. The top surface of filled earth for flooring and the soil along with the perimeter of the building by making holes with the crow bar and poured 5% termicide “Chloripyrifos” and spraying the same termicide solution on the wooden frames and treating the other periphery of buildings etc., complete in all respects as per IS 6313 (part II) / 1981 and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. Supply and fixing of Elevation Aluminium Louvers including power coating including proper supporting we have considered powder coated aluminium vertical louvers using Jindal/equivalent 50mm X 50mm X 1.5mm thick section for vertical trellis (50mm section clear gap) with necessary hardwares etc.,

The work shall include cutting making of walls and floors etc. The rates quoted shall include cost of necessary consumables like brass screws, CP extension nipple of approved make, dia and length, wooden plugs, white cement, sealants etc. Only drilling machines shall be used for making the holes in the walls for fixing, no wall jumper and hammer will be allowed.
