1 Replacement of old obsolete nitrous oxide battery bank by new oxygen bank. The job includes dismantling the old system and then Providing ,installation, testing and commissioning of 6x6 new oxygen battery bank complete with lead (High pressure pipes), interconnecting copper pipes, 12 No. copper tail pipes with NRV and fittings for cylinders, mounting angle iron 50x50x5 mm to be fixed on the wall with clamps/dash fasteners to hold the 6x6 cylinder system in place, isolation control valve on the supply line. The job includes providing/fitting new fully automatic analog oxygen panel. The control panel should be capable of regulating minimum 1500 LPM flow for twin bank (06+06) with auto regulation and shall be designed with standing the oxygen cylinder pressure in the range of 0-200 kgf/cm2 with safety features related to hazard and continuity of flow. The panel shall operate at a constant pressure upto 6 bar through two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status and indication system. The job includes first dismantling the old panel and then Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of new fully automatic analog Carbon dioxide panel. The control panel should be capable of regulating minimum 1500 LPM flow for twin bank (06+06) with auto regulation and shall be designed with standing the cylinder pressure in the range of 0-200 kgf/cm2 with safety features related to hazard and continuity of flow. The panel shall operate at a constant pressure upto 7 bar through two banks of bottled gas cylinders with following status and indication system.
