Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Soluble Salt Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. (Soluble salt Print Penetration should be up to 1 to 2 mm after the tiles are fired & polished) Size 600x600 mm.

Scraping White wash and colour wash.

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:5.

Distempering with Acrylic washable oil bound distemper (of approved manufacture) one coat over one priming coat on old distempered surface.

Finishing walls with water soluble exterior paint cement based such as snowecem, robbiacem etc. on old work one coat to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing M.S. angle iron 40x40x6mm chowkhat (double rebate) including iron hold fasts butt hinges fixed in position, finished with red lead non setting primer complete in all respect for double rebate.

Supplying openable steel windows (upto 1.0 sqm area) of standard rolled steel Z sections, joints mitered and Electrically flash-welded, with iron fittings including necessary iron handles, Peg-stay catchers bolts, iron plugs and pressed steel projected hinges and glazing clips, complete (Excluding glazing) and finished with two coats of ready mixed paint red lead non setting primer.

Fixing steel window in walls with lugs, embedded in 15cmx12cmx7.5cm of cement concrete block of 1:2:4 mix including cost of cement concrete for lugs.

Providing and fixing helical door spring 150mm (superior quality) including necessary screws, complete. Iron Helical spring.

Wire gauge fixed in steel windows, of standard rolled steel section with 3mm thick flat iron cover moulding of 12.5 mm width, fixed with machine screws, complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing (PPGL) precoated painted galvalume sheet roofing (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) The end rib shall have anti capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet must be having yield strength of 550 MPa (Fy= 550 MPa) metallic coated with Zinc- Aluminium alloy (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4%Zinc, 1.6% Si-Zincalume) AZ150 (Min. 150 bm/mm2 total on both sides), pre painted with super Durable Polyester XRW quality paint includes inorganic infrared reflective pigment.
