Supply, installing, testing and commissioning outdoor type floor mounted step up/ down transformer, 11KV/433 Volts (at No load) AC 3 Phase 50 Hz, 315 KVA Capacity, core type, double copper wound oil immersed, Oil Natural- Air Natural (ON AN) cooled, with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV Side) and having tapings at 2.5% and ± 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45°C in oil and 55°C in HV/ LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40°C. The transformer shall be as per IS 1180 (part-10/2014 EE Level-2 ) standards and shall comprise of the following:-

(a) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with brass rods, nuts and washers.

(b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with brass rods, complete with nut and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out of 03 Nos single core 300 Sq mm and one No single core 150 Sqmm, LT 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated and sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joints and jointing materials complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage.

(d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel)

(e) Exposive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level guage, Oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos. plain solid vast steel detachable rollers

(f) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure release type having range 0-200º C with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.

(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50X6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate.

(j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral.

(k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make: Savita/ Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m, complete all specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 6.0 Sqmm of voltage rarting upto and including 1100 volts drawn in and including PVC conduit of dia not less than 25mm with all fittings and accessories, along with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed.. (Note : Two runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit)

All as per Item No.30 above but sub main wiring using two single core PVC insulated, concealed conduit suitable size ,unsheathed FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, FRLS multi stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm as earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Sub main wiring complete with 4 runs of 10 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V, FR grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through PVC rigid conduit and accessories fixed on surface/wall celing etc including provision of 2 run of 10 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of copper conducter and one runs of earth copper conducter shall be measured as one length.

M&L for test point terminal block made of steel plate of size 75x75x6 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement for aluminum strip 25x3.15mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Insulators should be approved quality & backlite fixing tightly so that it does not fall of during winds / rains.

S&F in replacement for copper strip 20x3.15 mm complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibre and fixing screws for roof conductor/down conductor including welding or brazing for joints all as required at site or directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Dismantling existing transformer of 100 KVA capacity by dismantling all the electrical connnection, transporting it to MES store yard and depositing it with MES.

S&F cable route indicator at the distance of 50 mtrs each made out of 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron, 80 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter HT CABLE or LT CABLE suitably incribed on CI circular plate 8 mm thick 100 dia including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate) block of suitable size and neccessary earth work and excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the ground level/starting point compalete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, provided with 8 cm thick layer before laying the cable and 15 cm thick layer after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Sand cushioning to be punned as per SSR Part-I and punned thickness only to be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles / stays etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work finishing the cement concrete surfaces even & smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
