S&F Acoustic treatment/ lining of area of AHU room with 22G, GI channels of 50x50 mm size fitted at 600x600mm girds. The joint shall be minimium overlapping of 75mm with 30mmx 3mm aluminium strip covering. Supply and installation in replacement of 50mm thick resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier insulation in existing ducts of AC plants, applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound including wraping, pasting complete and cover the insulation one side with GI wire Mess netting after cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof against any leakage and securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for dismantling of existing Air Handling Unit of any capacity, cleaning, servicing, overhauling to all component of AHU, with and including cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/ brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro Filters, replacing of vertical GI sheet supports, complete replacement of foam insulation of best quality using adhesive substance to avoid cold air leakages complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance of AHU supply panel / feeder pillar/LT panel indoor/outdoor type including removing the carbonized/melted sparked thimbles, cleaning the carbonized bus bar making cable ends fresh and supply and crimping new thimbles/lugs and fixing the cable on bus bar/MCCB/Main switch/MCB including providing new nut bolts and washer if required greasing the doors of feeder pillar/LT panel outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (A) The contractor is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the contractor will repair/replace the same without any extra cost to the Govt. (B) The mesurement of cleaning of Duct shall be mesured as per the room area the duct is feeding.

Supply & Fixing Pre filter 10 micron of size 600mm x 600 x 50mm made of out of GI wire mesh interspaced with two crimp layers and three flat layers flanged deep box type and efficiency 90% as per existing size and pattern for the all three AC Plant air handling unit complete all as specified and as directed.
