Construction of Waiting Hall with seating arrangements infront of Thenangudy Primary Health Center in Pillaiyarnatham panchayat.

Earth work excavation in all class of Soil except hard rock requiring blasting with intial lead and lift etc. Complete for foundation as per SS 20B.

Supplying and filling with Good M.Sand including Cost and conveyance, labour charges etc, Complete.,

C.C.1:4:8 Mix using 40mm HBG metal including cost & conveyance & Labour charges etc, Complete.,.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and a half crushed stone M.Sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete.

Supplying and erecting of steel centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.

Fabrication of Supply of Steel grill gate using structural steel in all aspects as directed including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour & hire charges etc., complete

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable of 1100V grade insuitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire for open PVC light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) (SD 16)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W fluorescent fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TWround blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD 88)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp. (SD 110)

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M.Sand) mix using country bricks 83/4"x41/4"x23/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (One cement and Five P.Sand) to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing following thickness of cuddapah slab 40mm thick for cupboard including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc., complete.
