Supply of PAPI System (one set of 04 units) along with all its accessories i/c. 200W lamps , lense , filters , checking stick base holder etc. complete as required as per ICAO specification frangible as ICAO and DGCA CAR and confirming to technical specifications and all test reports confirming to photometry 4C requirement,frangibility test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc as per requirement.(type test certificate to be provided before supply).

Installation, testing and commissioning of PAPI System (04 units) along with all its accessories i/c. transformer housing boxes, bases for checking stick including finalization of location, taking level & setting right angles (minimum 03 times) by Total Station / Theodolite, excavation, RCC foundation (1:2:4) upto required level, plastering, refilling, providing foundation bolts and nuts, fitting, fixing, cleaning, marking, earthing, connecting, providing pipe for secondary leads, painting and ground calibration of the system etc. complete as required.

Supply of calibration kit ,clinometer, sprit level, checking stick & base plates etc complete for above mentioned PAPI set.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of guidance sign boards of various sizes (as per annexure) made of anodised 2 mm thick aluminium frame with suitable angle support with 1.5 mmm thick aluminium back cover and 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face, the letter and symbols should be screen printed with required colouring, suitable arrangement shall be made to function on both main and standby (runway/taxiway) circuits with internal control circuits. Suitable arrangements shall be made for water tightness and locking arrangement, sign boards shall be uniformly internally illuminated with required number of LED lights to achieve required illumination level, operated on input source of 2.5 A to 6.6 A constant current without any flickering, including its supporting legs, breakable coupling and base frame and foundation etc. photometry 4C requirement,frangibility test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc as per requirement.complete as required as per specification attached etc as required(type test certificate to be provided before supply).

Supply and installation of ICAO complied LED model illuminated frangible Wind sock/Wind indicator (WDI) with LED obstruction Light(with photometric report-4C) , with frangible wind pole and with all accessories along with RCC civil foundation and an all aorund paved area as per ICAO/DGCA car requirement with white visble band of paint work dia 15meters as per ICAO norms complete as required as follows(type test certificate to be provided before supply, all test reports confirming to photometry 4C requirement,frangibility test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc).:(make: SGS lattice type franfible 4.5 mtr or equivalent) 1.Minimum 4.5 meter height FRP(fiber-reinforced plastic) fragible lattice mast (min 500mmx500mm) confirming to ICAO annex-14. 2.Mounting arrangement & provision of sufficent LED light fixtures to meet minimum lux level requirement as per ICAO standard. 3.One no. LED obstruction light aluminium cast body and red polycarbonate dome. 4.Arrangment for titling down of mast for maintenance.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of medium intensity LED type aviation obstruction light luminair with lamp, fixtures, mounting clamp, nut bolt etc. complete as required. (Make-intertek or equivalent )type test certificate to be provided before supply, all test reports confirming to photometry 4C requirement,frangibility test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc)

Supply and installation of ICAO complied rotating aerodrome beacon 30 flashes per minute ,white and green lights suitable to operate on 240V 50 hz AC supply complete as required including necessary RCC civil foundation as per OEM recommendation compet as required..(type test certificate to be provided before supply, all test reports confirming to photometry 4C requirement test report as per ICAO annex 14 and DGCA CAR etc)(Make : EMA or equivalent as per ICAO norms)

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Crash siren (Horizontal Double mounting carbon brush less AC motor) suitable for operation at 240V 50 hz AC supply and audible range range should of 3 Km including civil foundation RCC complete as required.

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type , metal container of outside dia 330mm, height 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all around, except the top surface which is 15mm thick , cast iron moulding suitable to receive light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at one/both side surface centre 3'' above bottom surface suitable to receive one number of 50mm dia & one number 15 mm dia. 'B' class GI pipe with check nuts. The box should have 2 nos earth bolts M10 x 30 mm inside near the hold ( 4 '' away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom tapped to receive 1/2'' dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole a) Single Hole CI housing Box

Installation of Transformer housing Box having single/double entry with a base concrete of 1:3:6 (1;cement, 3: coarse sand, 6: concrete of 20mm nominal size) of size 630X630X100mm thick and all around concrete of 1:2:4 (1;cement, 2: coarse sand, 4: concrete of 20mm nominal size) 150mm and top slope as specified including providing & fixing 150mm long 15mm dia "b" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water at the bottom. Fixing of 50mm dia GI pipe & 15mm dia G.I. pipe to the housing box by provinding double check nut for 50mm dia GI pipe alingment of housing box, top slopping with concrete etc.. complete as required (As per drawing/ technical specifications).

Supplying and laying of 50mm dia 'B' Class ISI marked GI pipe in the newly constructing Runway/Taxiway shoulder along with civil concrete bituminous work , embeding the pipe in the concrete/Bituminous, alignment etc. for connecting to the existing transformer housing box complete as required but excluding the scope of excavation

Execution of HDD(horizontal direction drilling ) inluding provision of HDPE 100mm pipe in the drilled hole along with necessary excavation (using machine )at a depth of around 3 mtr to cross the bitumen/ concrete area road/taxiway/runway etc complete as required.
