Conducting of the structural audit to make seismically secure and stability of building and vetting from Govt. Engineering Institute of Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Bawana, Delhi (Commerce Block)

Conducting of the seismic audit of the various Govt. building as per CPWD guideline and IS codes including following scope of works and test (1). To visually inspect the site (2). To collect appropriate data as required for structure audit (3). To take any measurement if required for structure audit (4)To study the architectural and structural drawings which are available with client (5)To prepare such architectural drawings by taking measurements at site which are not available with the client(6) To do photographic survey of the building (7)To study the structural systems of the building (8) the agency will suggest nature and type of repairs/rectifications work suggested along with the methodology sequence and extent of repair/ retrofitting (9)To study the defects in structural element etc and making of critical structural stress areas.(10) Identitification of broad area/locations in the structure requiring further detail investigation and for conducting various ND tests (11) SAD software analysis & design of existing building (12) To check the foundation if required (13) To conduct slab profile test if required (14) Documentation and compilation of NDT data in required formats (15) To compare the structure existing of the building and structure as per latest code and if required make comparative statement (16) To conduct seepage/leakage survey and look out for defects in other services in the building which are affecting the structural system (17) To perform all Non-destructive testing (ND) required in the building. (18) Diagnosis & Root cause analysis is of the problems/observations (19) To submit a detailed report of inspection done along with interpretation of test report results with the SAD details (20). To submit status of structure stability of the structure.(21) To suggest repairs required in structure (22) to suggest if strengthening/retrofitting of structure if required. (23). To suggest the method of structure strengthening/retrofitting. NDT Testing:- (a) Rebound hammer (b) UPV (c) Rebar scanning test (d) Half cell potential test (e) Carbonation (I) Other test as required. etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Report should be vetted by govt. institute (IIT Delhi/DTU/NSUT). (i) Govt. Building structure Plinth area upto 5000sqm
