Fixing vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick heavy duty Kajaria/Nitco/Rak make 450x450 mm of approved shade and quality in flooring laid over 12 mm thick cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement :3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment as required complete.

Laying vitrified ceramic tiles Kajaria/Nitco/Rak make of size 1200x600mm laid on a bed of 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement i/c carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent incluidng carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & heights.

Fixing Italian marble CECILIA laid in floors over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand) jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the marble i/c carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and heights.

Moulding/nosing work (double moulding) for Kota Stone/Marble/Granite stone in stair steps etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge incluidng carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & heights.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade incluidng carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & heights. Two or more coats on new work (Only labour rate to be quoted)

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre incluidng carriage of materials within all leads, lifts & heights. (Only labour rate to be quoted)
