Providing/fitting of 200 mm diameter Foot valve of PN10 rating of pumping unit in 1 no. after replacing the existing damaged foot valve by way of extracting of foot from the canal by cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter by using manual labour and suitable tools & tackles. The valves should be of reputed manufacture like Kirloskar, KSB etc. The job involves shifting of 200mm dia foot valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour . The job includes lowering of the foot valve into the canal and fitting of foot valve on the suction pipeline of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles. The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S. Providing/fitting of 200 mm diameter cast iron Sluice Valve of PN10 rating pumping unit in 2 Nos.after replacing the existing damaged Sluice valve by way of cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter. The valves should be of reputed manufacture like Kirloskar, KSB etc. The job involves shifting of 200mm dia sluice valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour .The job further involves fitting of flanged ends cast iron Sluice Valve on the delivery side of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles.The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S. Providing / fitting and laying of aluminum cable 400 mm2 single core 177 mtrs and copper cable of 16 sq mm of 65 mtrs length of standard quality conforming to relevant I.S. code (IS :7098-2) at LIS Kathar . The job involves disconnecting the power supply and thereafter disconnecting of worn-out/damaged aluminum cable 400 mm2 single core from the transformer to Pole and from pole to main switch by using skilled labour and suitable tool/tackles. The job includes replacement of aluminium cable from transformer to Pole by providing/laying of new 400 mm2 single core aluminium of any reputed make like Havells, KEI, Polycab, V-Guard etc. The job also involves replacement of worn-out/damaged aluminum cable 400mm2 single core from pole to main switch by providing/laying of new 400 mm2 single core aluminium cable of any reputed make conforming to relevant ISO/ISI standards. The job also involves replacement of damaged/ burnt thimbles and providing and fitting of new thimbles of suitable size properly crimped and taped . Complete job includes the cost of cable and allied material, transportation charges, fitting and skilled labour charges at the site of LIS. Providing/fitting of 200 mm diameter cast iron non return valve of PN10 rating in 2 nos. at LIS Kathar after replacing the existing damaged non return valve by way of excavation and cutting rusted nuts, bolts with gas cutter. The valves should be of reputed manufacture like Kirloskar, KSB etc. The job involves shifting of new 200mm dia non return valve to site of LIS by using mechanical transport and manual labour .The job further involves fitting of flanged ends cast iron non return valve on the delivery side of pumping unit with rubber gaskets , nuts and bolts on the delivery pipeline by using skilled labour and suitable tools & tackles.The job includes the cost of material, carriage and hire charges of material and tools and tackles required for the job, labour charges for skilled and semi skilled labour at site L.I.S.
