Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ( as in sunken floors, coping, benching, padding etc.) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Removal/disposal of debris shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces over roof when concrete is green and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, all as specified and as directed. Note:-Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course over slabs mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.(Thickness of concrete shall be as required at site) Note:-Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ball valves high pressure PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball scrured for iron pipe of dia 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Gun metal Gate valves 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed including including cutting / threading old pipes as in repairs complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for roof treatment as follows:- (a) M&L Chip out the existing loosed bitumen / bitumen membrane completely reach up mother slab, clean the surface throughly to make it smooth and free of any foreigh material, repairs the concrete wherever damaged using PMM HS repairo, repairing of construction joints / cracks by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in HS repairo, coving of 75 x 75mm should be made at the junction of wall and raft slab using polymerized cement mortar 1:4 admixed with advanced latex plus. (b) Applying one coat of 50% diluted self priming PU roof coat. Allow to dry bond coat for 4-6 hours before applying PU coat and surface to be cleaned before applying PU coat.

(c) Applying two coats of single component, cold applied, water based polyurethane modified acrylic dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the roof with HS PU Roofkoat of Berger or equivalent at 0.6 kg/Sqm for each coat without dilution confirming to ASTM D 6083-97a (Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used In Roofing) each coat should allow to dry 4-6 hours. The component shall have a density of 1.25 to 1.3kg/per Litre, having tensile strentgh of 1.5N/mm2, having elongation of 350% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats. SRI value should be more than 100. The quoted rate shall include surface prepartion, repair the crack in mother slab by chasing with cutting machine and fill the same with polymerized mortar in CM 1:4 admixed with latex agent of reputed manufacture, making coving at junction, bore packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per manufacurer's specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Berger or equivalent. Note: The above treatment shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer approved by the GE.

Supplying only liquid based waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable GI tubing, supply and fixing new 20 mm bore Galvanized Iron tubing, medium grade, with all fittings, such as Tee, elbows, sockets, unions, short pieces and application of bituminous paint in concealed portion, fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid on floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing clothes drying pull it pulley system type,7 feet,4 rows kit size 5 feet,weighing 2.6 kg ,and load carrying capacity of 40 kg,made up of aluminium pipes of external diametre of 22mm and internal diametre of 19.8mm,channels (with mounted pully system),24 inch length,pulley system-Delrin,rope-4mm dia HDPE double core,channel mounting screws-38 x 8 self tapping as per Easy Dry System Limited or techno commercial approved makes in MES

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing approved liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and fair all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Supply only liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gram/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sq m over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sq m over new surfaces

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia type A (Conforming to IS 13592) single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, soil / waste / vent pipes / rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., Supply and fix, UPVC (SWR) pipes 75 mm dia type A (Conforming to IS 13592) single socketed in any length with solvent cement joints laid under floor or on walls fixed as soil / waste / vent pipes with Stack clamps made out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished concrete materials / debris etc. to a distance exc 5.0 KM up to 10KM including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.
