SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFACTION & DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER)

Disconnecting the transformer indoor/out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for transformers of capacity 150 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as directed.

Repair and maintenance of broken door of LT outdoor feeder pillar box/ LT panel by welding or any other repair work as per site requirement repair/ maintenance of hinges, replacement of locking system and ensure open/close the door smoothly, repair/ maintenance of bus bar if any, replacement of MCBs & MCCBs where necessary , providing all necessary arrangement nut bolt thimbles, lugs ferrules, glands of suitable size with spray painting of whole/feeder pillar box/ LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, smoke grey colour (1st quality) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE- The minor Spares like nuts, bolts,screws,washers,Insulation Tapes, Busbar Sleeves used in repair works are included in the scheduled item rates. The spare parts like MCBs,MCCBs etc. will be paid separately.

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in pole coping complete all as specified

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole complete all as specified

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in mass filling of pole complete all as specified

M & L for painting of two pole/four pole structur including cross arms,chanel etc complete structure after scraping old paint with two coats synthetic aluminium paint after applying one coat of zinc oxide primer complete all as directed.

Power pack of suitable capacity contained maintenance free battery and charger to provide auxilary power supply to the VCB all as per OEM recommendation or directed.

Servicing of DG set of capacity 25 KVA ,Make : Kirloskar, with replacement of Engine oil, Oil filter, Fuel filter , Air Clearner Element, Cleaning of battery terminal , checking of tappet clearance, Hinges & related accessories such as set of 'O' ring, set of tappet gasket, Set of washers, Dusting ,Cleaning and testing of DG Set all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Engine oil, oil filter, Diesel filter , Air Clearner Element will be meseared and paid under respective item.
