Addl. Works/ROB/SK-24/BARKURA/ASSAM Additional works for Construction of ROB over Rail Track at Level Crossing No.SK-24 at Barkura, Nalbari under SOPD-G for the year 2025-26

PART- A : Service Road :- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

Granular Sub-base with Close Graded Material(Table:-400-1) Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401 (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.( ii) for grading-II materials

Cement Treated Crushed Rock or combination as per clause 403.2 and table 400.4in Sub base/ Base Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread Material, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desire

Wet Mix Macadam ('Providing, laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with waterat OMC in mechanical mixer (PugMill),carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers insub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricading and maintenance of diversion,,etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. i) for grading-III

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion(SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as perTechnical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I. With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRSRT&H Specification B. With Polymer Modified bitumen 70 ii) or Grading II (19MM nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) I. With hydrated lime/ cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRSRT&H Specification B. With Polymer Modified bitumen 70 ii) or Grading II (19MM nominal size)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSRT&H specifications.
