Annual Maintenance Work for I.A. Khurja Distt. Bulandshahar.

First Class Brick work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in superstructure including necessary cutting & moulding of brick as required thickmess of walls not to be less than 1.1/2 brick, Add extra labour inculding supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

First class Brick work in 1:4 cement & coarse sand 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth inculding supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for prope completion of the work

12mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 2.20 finesess modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone bellast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:.2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (asian or berger brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting roofs or other iron work in large areas with one coat priming and two coat of approved (above or equivient) including supply of all materials, labour Tools &plants etc.required for proper completionof the work.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs and Raft foundation and wall excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and Including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm.layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M.lift and 30 m lead .The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer incharge.excluding royalty. Wherever applicable for small work or Abadi area.( Where machine can not reach/move)

Cartage of ballast , Kankar, Coal , grit or sand including loading & unloading but excluding stacking on pakka roads : (Cartage for 3km).The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in- 30m.distance as directed by the Engineer incharge excluding Royality .Wherever applicable for small work or Abadi area (Where machine can not reach/move)
