Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fencing conforming to IS:2721 of required width in mesh size 50x50mm, made of G.I. wire 3.15mm diametre including strengthening with top and bottom line wire 4mm diametre, (4mm diametre line wire at top, bottom & middle to be provided incase fencing height exceeds 2m) cutting of chain link & wires to required length, spreading, fixing & binding chain link to fencing post with 18 gauge binding wire including cost of GI bolts and washers and wire etc., complete in all respects and all as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape and welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel member like MS trusses, purlins etc. using MS hollow/circular/square/rectangular tubular sections Including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint/ synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer -in -charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, pre-cast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'SAIL or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping etc., with necessary bracings in all axrs to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixtures, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.for Grading-I material
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achiever desired density complete in all respects as per the clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
