The cost of supplying and fixing iron fabricated materials to be consumed in drilling and installation of tubewell cost of wall plug for 200 mm internal dia pipe (8.5/8'' outer dia )

The cost of supplying and fixing iron fabricated materials to be consumed in drilling and installation of tubewell cost of wall clamp heavy duty size (12mm x 65mmx1.5 mtr) with bolts and nuts completed for 200 mm internal dia pipe (8.5/8'' outer dia )

The cost of wooden sleepers size 300mm x 150mmx1.00mtrs for supporting of clamp or concrete beam as per above

Supplying and fixing MS well cap with bolts and nuts suitable for 200 mm (8'') MS pipe of internal dia ( 8.5/8'' outer dia )

Hydrological survey ( water devining charges) including yield test consisting of yield, visit of expert authorized team along with necessary instruments, conducting resistivity survey, preparation and submission of yield test report and suggesting pump type, capacity depth, casing policy etc all complete.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS : 4097, including providing gravel fine / medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement ,all complete as per direction of engineer - in- charge.

Devlopment of tube well in accordance with IS : 2800 (part I ) and IS : 11189 to establish maximum rate of usable water yied without sand content ( beyond permissible limit) with required capacity air compressor , running the coompressor for required time till well is fully devloped, measuring uield of well by "V" notch method or any other approved method , measuring static level & draw down etc. by step draw down method , collecting water samples & getting tested ib approved laboratory including disinfection of tube well all complete,including hire & labour charges of air compressor , tools & accessories etc. all as per requirement and direction of engineer -in -charge.

Supplying and erecting submersible pump set of 7.5 KW /10 HP with 445 V,50 c/s AC supply suitable for 150 mm dia borewell suitable for 70 to 250 LPM discharge at 153 to 84 M head & (max efficiency at 133 M head & 160 LPM) discharge & delivery pipe of size 80 mm diameter with a necessary H type clamps as per specification No. WP-SMP.

Supplying & erecting automatic control panel for 3 Ph, 415 volt, a.c. ubmersible/centrifugal pump set upto 20 HP consisting of Star Delta starter having relay range 13- 21Amp,S.P.P., Combined ammeter/ voltmeter, phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated Vibration proof enclosure with IP 54 protection. Control Panel should offer single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance etc .

Providing and fixing and lowering G.I .pipe of C- class with along socket / G.I fittings for tubwells etc all complete .50 mm dia, length of pipe shall not exceed 3.00 mtr.

Providing and fixing GI pipes complete with GI fitting 50 mm dia nominal bore including trenching and refilling etc. external work.

Supplying and erecting flat flexible 3 core 6 sqmm PVC sheathed submersible type copper cable suitably clamped at fixed intervals with column pipe assembly complete
