Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materils (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

S&F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 120 mm and inner dia of 103 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

S&F for HDPE double wall corrugated pipes conforming to IS-14930 Part-II with IP Protection of IP-67 having outer dia 50 mm and inner dia of 38 mm with necessary couplers, bends etc for protection of LT cable all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying of LT UG cable/Galvanised Iron pipe complete and making good all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 50mm bore light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/on wall / on poles etc/ for protection complete all as specified and directed.

S&L XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, including taking down existing unserviceable cable with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following cross sectional area:- (a) 2 Core x 10 Sq mm

(b) 3.5 Core x 70 Sq mm

S&L XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors, 11000 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, including taking down existing unserviceable cable with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following cross sectional area:- (a) 3 Core x 95 Sq mm

Checking the fault in the HT / LT distribution line of any size and length at any location with fault detector machine and determining the fault location including excavation, earth work at any strata as required depth and width and further rectifying it, testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge. Note:- (i) The contractor has to attend the complaint within 02 hrs from the time the complaint being recieved. Electrician employed are to be well known with the site conditions in the vicinity (ii) Fault detector machine, Megger, Digital meter or any other equipment for detecting the fault as required shall be arranged by the contractor (iii) Cable jointing kit, UG cable, MCCBs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items below (iv) Petty items like insulation Tape, lugs, cotton waste, CTC spray, copper wire, for looping, fuse wire etc and any other item reqd in site are deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate

M&L cable jointing kit straight through 1100 volt grade cable for straight through heat Shinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE/ PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of the following sizes complete all as specified. a) Upto 4/ 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm

b) Above 3.5 core x 35 Sqmm and up to 70 Sqmm

c) Above 3.5 core x 70 Sq mm and upto 120 Sqmm

M&L Cable Jointing Kit Straight Through Termination heat Shrink-able type complete with Jointing Materials with all Accessories suitable for XLPE 11 KV (Earthed), 3 Core, armoured Aluminium Conductor Cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular / RCC pole and cleaning the surface etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint based paint white colour and in bottom black colour including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint silver colour on bracket of street lights and on clamps, writing the all details as per direction complete all as directed. Note : 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper cable drawn in 20 mm non rigid PVC conduit including clamping from fitting to FRP Junction box are deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning integral LED Aviation Light comprising aluminum Housing with polycarbonate enclosure including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified and directed Make : Bajaj, Phillips, Havells, Wipro or equivalent Note : Necessary mounting arrangements for the lights are deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates

Supply and fix FRP junction box of size 250 x 200 x 105 mm for loop in - loop out connections of street lights including one four pole connector and one MCB 240 V SP 6 A mounted on existing street light poles complete all as specified and directed.Make : Sintex, Hensel or equivalent

M & L for PVC flexible cable with copper conductor 2.5 sqmm, 2 core, 1100 volts grade multistranded for connecting from existing junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed.Make : Havells / Polycab / Finolex or equivalent

S&F light emitting diode street light Luminaries compressing pressure, die cast housing for better aesthetics and thermal management. Comprises of extruded aluminium housing with pre-wired gear tray with LED’s & drive, heat resistant flat glass suitable gasketed for IP65 protection, high grade power coating and fitted with toughened glass with high power LED’s of 45 watt and pipe mounting arrangement for end mounting on bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade, 1.2m long bent to shape with two sets of clamps made out of flat iron 50 x 6mm, bolts, nuts and washers and applying two coats of aluminium paint over on coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer connecting electrically with PVC mulitistranded copper cable of suitable size complete including taking down existing fittings all as specified and directed Make: Bajaj, Wipro, Havells, Phillips or Equivalent

S&F in repairs factory made street light control panel, with and including all accessories such as control switch, contactor, automatic control relay, pre-wired etc. fixed on fabricated angle iron channel of suitable size and grouting on floor, Timelite-40 Amps, 3 Pole 230/415 volts-Astronomical Time switch, Make -Indo-Asian Cat No.TLO65ASO or equivalent in Havells, Stranded, Legrand.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 53,245.00 towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
