Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to Purchase bulk quantity form those sources who have been approved by RDSO for the item "Current Transformer (CT)". (RDSO Item ID: 3100645, Sub ID : 3100645001) on or before the date of tender opening. But in case of removal or suspension or banning or degradation after opening the tender, such cases will be taken into account while deciding tender. If authorized dealer of approved vendor participated in this tender, tenderer must submit tender specific authorization from approved vendor along with their offer.

   Failure consequences : In case the firm fails to execute the contract within the original delivery period, the purchaser will be entitled to impose liquidated damages for extension of delivery period. For any reason, if the supplier fails to supply goods as per the conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, Purchaser shall have the right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by the way of penalty, an amount equal to security deposit of the defaulted order amount. These damages shall be treated as recoveries outstanding against the vendor and dealt with accordingly.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   "In the event of rejection of pre-inspected materials at the consignee's end, a penalty of 5% of the value of the rejected goods shall be levied on the supplier for each such instance of rejection. This penalty shall be in addition to any other penalties and punitive actions available under all the terms and conditions of the contracts".
