The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity as per relevant IS Code. Single Phase AC supply, R134a as Refrigerant, reciprocating compressor etc. i/c installation as per site requirement and making connections from existing water line to water cooler etc. as required as per EIC. Percentage above or below on the rates of DSR(E&M)-2025 (CPWD) items worth totalling 50000/- for execution of items on requirement basis(except items mentioned above in this BOQ). The rates quoted shall be without GST. (The payment will be made after deducting GST from DSR rate ).
