Designing, programming, installation, testing and commissioning as per site conditions, a remote smart wireless hydrostatic pressure sensor system, which includes real time cloud based data monitoring software designed through the intergration of smart hydrostatic pressure sensor and programmed microcontroller for water level monitoring, viewed over specially developed mobile application on andriod and on PC through server with Mandatory accessories:

Smart hydrostatic pressure sensor. Ability to measure rise and fall of water level every centimeter, Error +0.5%. Interfaced with Transmitter, for continuous data acquisition. MOC: SS316, Waterproof IP66 rated encased non-conductive sensor, chemically resistant and fail safe mechanism to detect errors. Comes inclusive of a 5M wire connected to sensor.

Transmitter Unit. Installed near the tank, and connected to the smart water hydrostatic pressure sensor. Ability to receive input from the sensor and convert input signals to readable data in centimeters (Depth of tank) Wireless data transmission capable of transmitting data to a master controller in a range of 1.5km line of sight. Upto 6 hours of battery backup through rechargeable Lithium ion batteries. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Master controller system. Collects data wirelessly from the transmitter and battery voltage and calculate the level. Programmable processor to aid customisation of the unit as per the site requirement. Calculated level is fed live 24/7 to the display unit, cloud server and mobile App. Upto 6 hours of battery backup through recharegeable Lithium ion batteries. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Digital level display unit. Displays for the water level of the tank in percentage & centimeters as required, installed in the operator room. Buzzer included, which can be programmed as per the site requirements. It is also capable of displaying increasing or decreasing trend of water in the tank. Upto 6 hours of battery backup through recharegeable Lithium ion batteries. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Cloud Server/Mobile Application software & Intergration. Real time cloud based data acquisition and monitoring through specially developed UI. Intergration of the GLR/Sump level data of this unit with existing completed projects on the cloud server and mobile application. Aids for Monitoring various GLR/OHR/MBR/Sump water level on a single UI. Display real time data per minute and provide the graph trend and statistics for each day. Water level data and statistics for an entire year stored and accessed on the mobile application and cloud server.

Fabrication and installation of glass fiber enclosure box to protect the unit from tempering and harsh weather conditions.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Fabricated Panel board of size 150cm x 100cm x 35cm suitable for 10HP Submersible Pumpset along with controlled timer for Automation.
