Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Doors &windows including removal of frames,hinges and fastenings etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
Providing Post constructional Anti termite treatment by drilling 1/2" dia holes at uniform intervels of 12" at the junction of the building and the Chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be walls and floors to a depth of 4" to 5" inside or as directed by the departmental officers. The building and the chemical Chlorophyriphos 20% Equivalent will be quirilled inside these hole leg using hand pressure pumps from itrs fills to it refusal. The wooden frame will be spread by the same termicide solution center pheriphery of the building will be treated by the making a small chamel around the building and the holes are to be made by ysing crow bar around termicide Chlorophyriphos to be squrilled inside these holes after completion of treatment all holes drilling in the walls and floor closed by cement etc complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the departmental officer. The chemical is to be used on the work should be got approved by the executive engineer's before use on the work.
Supply and installation of UPVC partitions with doors shall utilize UPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 74mm x 60mm x 56mm, a shutter of 104mm x 60mm x 66mm, a mullion of 72mm x 60mm x 36mm, a glazing bead of 35mm x 18mm, a 20mm multi-chambered hollow uPVC panel section of 150mm x 20mm, and a uPVC panel bead of 19mm x 16mm. All profiles of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, where required, with 1mm thick GI steel sections. The door will be equipped with 3D hinges for enhanced weight holding capacity, and security devices such as multipoint lock systems with a cylinder lock facilitated handle, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing or uPVC panels shall be 5mm thick Plain Toughened or uPVC panel grip, held by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets. All corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring the finished products are free from sharp edges. The complete units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame using high-quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and the frame for a leak- proof installation and completion etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.
"Supply and Installation of 74 mm Drywall Partition with two layers of MGO-Magnesia Cement board, square edge, Magnesia cement core panels of size 1200x2400x12mm, volume density 1000kgs/m3, weight 12kg/m2 installed by using Auminimum channel.The Aluminimum channel 1.5mm thick, length 3600mm fixed to the floor and soffit ceiling with suitable fasteners at 300mm staggered centers. Silica noise and fire rated silicon sealant /Matt to be caulked along the lining frame before fixing the Aluminimum channels. Then Aluminimum channel of 25x50x1.5mm thick should be placed into the floor/head channel positioned vertically at 600mm centers. Extra reinforcement to be provided at openings (doors, windows, etc). Synthetic Polyfiber, 1000 gsm density, thickness 50mm, width 600mm is held in position with Stick S7 dab spots inbetween Aluminimum Channel. Magnesia Cement board 1200X2400X12mm is fastened onto the Aluminimum Channel behind in staggered manner using self drilling (drill tip) fasteners at 300mm centers. 4mm gap should be maintained between boards on all sides. Repeat the process similarly on the other side of the framework to get 74 mm thick partition system. 4mm gap between boards to be filled in full depth by using Jointing Compound as per given recommendations and guidelines.Technical Parameters Fire (Class) – 1 & P, Acoustics - STC 43, Thermal conductivity(W/mk)– 0.118, Climate (°C, RH) – 50, 95, Light reflectance (%) – Paint dependant ,Green (VoC,RC %) – Low, 30 complete and as directed by the departmental engineers.
Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross direction for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The rate shall be inclusive of finishing the edges and wall junctions with suitable lipping and cornice arrangements.
Supplying and applying with one coat Putty over plastered wall surface of first class approved quality including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
Painting the wall two coats with approved Interior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
