Labour only for cleaning of Intake Chamber having two portions near main BML canal Appx size – 125 sq mtr and applying one coat of white washing to the inner walls of chamber after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for cleaning of Underground Raw Water Sump of capacity 1.5 Lakh Gal at main BML Installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for cleaning of Underground Chlorine Contact Chamber at main BML installation Appx size – 19.5 mtrs length, 6 mtrs wide and 4.5 mtrs in depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for cleaning of Underground Clear Water Sumps of capacity 4.25 Lakh Gal at main BML installation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour only for cleaning of Underground Sludge Water Sump connected with Recycle water sump double compartment of capacity 1.5 Lakh Gal at main BML installation complete, Sludge waste to be disposed outside Defence land all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of underground sump capacity 2.0 Lakh Gallon single or double compartments at New Cantt Patiala Military Station (Limb II) including all required T & P and Manpower comprising the following process:-

Note for Serial Item No. 01 to 06:- (a) Draining out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floor and ceiling with mechanical pressure machine by applying solution of H2 02 (Hydrogen per Oxide) in the ratio of 1: 100 ( 1 LTR of H202 and 100 Ltr of water). (b) Dislodging the dirt layers with high-speed water jet including scrapping the surface with wire brush and draining out the sludge water. (c) Cleaning the internal surfaces complete with Mechanical Scrubber and washing the surfaces with high-pressure water jet. (d) Filling the chambers with clear water and washing out prior to refill after complete process.

Draining out raw water ( 60 Lakh Gallons appx) completely from Open Raw Water Tank capacity 175 Lakh gallons, having size not more than 150 mtrs in length, 150 mtrs in width and 5.5 mtrs in depth by means, depth of the residual water including floating substances approximately up to the height of 40 CM from the bottom of the sump from the tank by taking out water with Non clog Pumpset / Diesel Engine coupled with pumpset from Raw water tank to open sludge water sump at distance not more than 500 mtr from the Raw water tank complete including necessary minor repair all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The Raw water tank shall be disconnected initially by shutting down Gear box type sluice valves i.e Inlet / Outlet and interconnected valves of Raw water tanks of size upto 1000mm bore. (b) Non clog pumpset/ Diesel Engine coupled with pumpset of suitable capacity including other required T&P items for taking out muddy water from the Raw water tank shall be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking out silt including other waste particles from Raw water tank capacity 175 Lakh Gal having size not more than 150 mtrs in length, 150mtrs in width and 5.5mtrs in depth, 40cm average height of silt from ground level, by means of any other suitable T&P, removal of silt at distance not less than 500 mtrs from Raw water tank and then cleaning and washing of inner walls and floor of Raw water tank including removing sticky particles by scraping with sand paper till all the surfaces are totally cleaned, washing the surface using solution of Hydrogen per -oxide in the ratio of 1:100 to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) T&P required for taking out silt and cleaning of Raw water tank shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The surface of walls / floor of Raw water tank shall not be damaged during taking out muddy water/ silt from Raw water tank and the making good the disturbed surface shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to two Lakh gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 03 & 09 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to One Lakh gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 1,2,4,5,6,7,8,10,11,13,20,24 & 25 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 75,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 14 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 50,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 15,18 & 19 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

Cleaning and disinfection of entire internal surfaces of chamber of RCC overhead reservoir either single or double compartment of capacity up to 35,000 to 40,000 gallon at 70 to 80 ft staging pump house 21,22 & 23 at Patiala Military Station including all required T & P and manpower comprising of the following processes.

(d) White washing to complete internal walls of chambers (Single or double). (e) Filling the chambers with clear water and washing out prior to rifill after complete process. (g) Writing date of cleaning in bold letters with paint as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Conducting Turbidity tests of raw water and clear(treated) water of BML water supply installation. Note:- The turbidity test shall be carried out from govt recognized laboratory every month. Test report will be submitted to engineer-in-charge for record.

Conducting Chemical Analysis of Treated water as per IS-10500-1991 with latest revisions if any shall be carried out once in span of 3 month from the date of commencement of work. Test report will be submitted to engineer-in-charge for record.

Supply only O-Tolodine regent solution in 500 ml bottle as per Sample approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gland packing suitable for Pump from 5 HP to 75 HP. Make: Champian

Supply only Lime.

Supply only Gear oil c-600 as per make approved by GE.

Supply only Compressor Oil as per make approved by GE.

Supply only Superior quality grease as per make approved by GE.

Supply only Cotton rags

Supply only Nuts, bolts, washer and studs as per sample.

Supply only Water testing kit for testing of water
