Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20mm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3,12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar ,red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Dadooing the walls with new Glazed tiles of size 300x200 x6 mm laid in CM 1:2 ,10 mm thick and pointig with white cement using 0.40 Kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with ties surface

Providing Granolythic flooring in C C 1:2:4 mix 25 mm tk including all material and all other labour cost complete complying,.

Painting two coats with Oil Bound Distember paint and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required .
