Complete daily maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting manually with necessary tools & material, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by Engineering-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide,Pesticide will be provided by the Department. Lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles, hand tools shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of Engineering in charge. Note : Frequency of grass cutting/trimming using fuel operating lawn mower and brush cutter on every month as per direction of EIC in attached location drawing. The thickness of the grass shall be maintained as 40-50mm from the ground level. Cost inclusive of daily maintenance using sufficient gardener with required hand tools, water hose etc and deployment of grass cutter, fuel operating lawn mover on minimum monthly once frquency to maintain the desired grass level . No extra payment shall be paid to agency except manure.

No extra payment shall be paid to agency except manure.

T & P material/articles, hand tools shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of Engineering in charge. Note : The thickness of the grass shall be maintained as 40-50mm from the ground level using skilled gardner. Cost inclusive of daily maintenance using sufficient gardener with required hand tools, water hose etc to maintain the desired grass level . No extra payment shall be paid to agency except manure.
