Proof of Nature of Firm (Certificate of incorporation, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney whichever or any other applicable document)

PAN Number and GST registration.

Income Tax Returns of last 3 financial years.

Proof of: a. A registered manufacturer of at least one major component to be deployed in the system/ project i.e., Solar PV Module OR Motor-pump Set OR Solar Pump Controller or b. An authorized distributor/delaer of Solar PV Module OR Motor-pump Set OR Solar Pump Controller manufacturing company., or c. A company empanelled/channel partner of MNRE, GOI for participation in Solar based Programme

Latest test report(s) of the offered model(s) of the relevant component(s) issued by the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) or any other NABL-accredited laboratory, as applicable.

Accreditation/approval/Channel partner/ certification of solar panel manufacturing firm from MNRE or any other institute.

CA certified-Average Annual financial turnover of last 5 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least Rs 20.00 Lakh (Proof in form of CA certified balance sheets)- In case of consortium/Joint Venture each member/partner should have minimum turnover of 25% of total value of turnover required.

Copy of valid BIS license, wherever applicable, for the relevant component(s).

Technical specifications for solar module/ panel, pumps, support and other accessories.

CA-certified certificate along with audited financial statements, indicating that the average annual turnover during the last five financial years, ending on 31st March of the preceding financial year, is not less than Rs. 20.00 lakh.

Proof of experience of Supply, Installation and commissioning of SPV water pumping systems of at least Rs 20.00 Lakh under a Govt. Scheme or Govt Aided programme during the last five years.

List of works executed and/or in progress with agreement cost during last 5 years

ISI, IEC, ISO (9001& 14001) certification, as applicable.

Details of technical manpower available and along with number of such personnel to be deputed for the project of this department.

Details of registered office/manufacturing/storage facility along with capacity.

Declaration by the bidder as per Annexure 1

Bidder should have not been debarred/blacklisted by any Govt. Dept. / organization/ PSU / Institution/ Agency/ Autonomous organizations as per Annexure 2.
