M&L for rectification of leakage from 50 mm bore GI pipe line by cutting and removing old length of pipe, supply & fix new galvanised iron pipe 50 mm bore medium grade for stopping the leakage by making welding/replacemnt of necessary fittings of the same after drain out water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and directed.

Cleaning of bar screen chamber of size 1.7 x 2.0 x 2.5 mtr and grit chamber of size 1.7 x 2.0 x 2.5 mtr by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving slit with sewage water and taking out mixed silt, mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. (ii) Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. (iii) Sludge/Mud/silt should be disposed of 2KM away from the station.

Cleaning of main sawage collection sump of sizes 8.3 x 8.6 x 6 mtr by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving silt with sewage water and taking out mixed silt and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. (ii) Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. (iii) Sludge/Mud/silt should be disposed of 2KM away from the station.

Cleaning of aeration tank of overall sizes of 04 Nos each (10.7 x 8.8 x 6.0 mtr) for cleaning of ground sewage collection tanks (04 Nos) by operating suction machine of capacity 5000 ltr with air blowing compressor including required manpower to operate the same and handling all the cleaning process for dissolving silt with sewage water and taking out mixed silt mud and sludge after scraping from surfaces and making necessary arrangement required for cleaning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Cleaning shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement. (ii) Each time cleaning shall be counted as one Job. Cleaning of 2.5 LGPD capacity of UG sump with bleaching powder/non toxic solution throughly including removal of sand , clay, silt, or any other foreign material from inside the tank and mention date of cleaning and capacity of tank on separate board complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of bore well water/UG sump to analysis the following parameter as per IS 10500:2000 through Govt. approved agency:- a) Physicochemical parameters of water / eflluent sample b) Bactoriological test of water sample. c) Metals (Expect Hg, As & Se). d) Pesticides. Note:- (1) Water sample for testing shall be arranged by the contractor. 2. Testing shall be done at a span of every 3 months starting from the date of commencement.

M&L for rectification of leakage from 40 mm bore GI pipe line by cutting and removing old lengh of pipe, supply & fix new galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade for stopping the leakage by making welding/replacemnt of necessary fittings of the same after drain out water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for rectification of leakage from 25 mm bore GI pipe line by cutting and removing old lengh of pipe, supply & fix new galvanised iron pipe 25 mm bore medium grade for stopping the leakage by making welding/replacemnt of necessary fittings of the same after drain out water from pipeline including insertion of pipe length upto 01 RM complete all as specifed and directed.

Note:- (i) As contract is maintenance nature the site can be handed over in piece meal as per site availability from users. (ii) Contractor/ contractor's rep shall take complaint from MES complaint cell on every day and these complaints shall be rectified within 48 Hrs. As water supply/sewage system is of vital nature, If any complaint/ work is not completed within 48 Hrs. In case the contractor fails to complete the comlaint within 48 hours as notified by the Engineer -in- Charget a penalty @ Rs 200/- per complaint per day shall be impose on the contractor and the same shall be deducted/recovered from the contractor's dues.
