Daily Routine maintenance of Intrasite Communication System (loudophone) of Unit No.4 ,5 & BOP Area except coal handling plant and Associated telelephone lines of EPABX telephone exchange (Model IOX 1200 ). The work includes day to day maintenance i.e. ( running / preventive / breakdown) of following equipments at various locations of 2 x 500 MW BTPS, Anpara.(1 Job = work of 1 month)

Operation of Photocopier machine of Ricoh make, Model No 2550 B in general shift. (1 Job = work of 1 month)

Providing routine assistance in terms of skilled manpower for the maintenance of following control systems as per Scope of Works of Unit 4&5. a) DEHC system of Main Turbine. b) Turbine Sequence Control System (TSQ) c) Turbo Supervisory Instruments (TSI) d) Turbine Measurement Cabinet (TMC) e) EHG system of BFPs f) Vibration Monitoring System g) Turbine VDDC System. h) Turbine Relay Panels. i) Recorders & Indicators. j) Steam Water Analyzer System (SWAS). k) PLC – of WTP l) PLC – of CPP m) ACW, CW & SRW System . n) Compressed Air System). Removal of dust particles by cleaning & mopping from out side the following panels/equipments inside Intrasite Communication equipment room (+7M). a. P&P Master equipment panel 0.6X1.8X2.4 M b. P&P Master panels – 2 Sets 0.6X1.8X2.4 M. each c. UPS panel 0.8X1.8X2.4 Meters. (1 Job/week)

Cleaning and mopping of PVC/tiled floors of room at Sl.No. 1 to 6 above, 03 Nos. C&I lab rooms & one no., C&I spares parts room including cleaning of jalas from walls and false ceiling & cleaning of glass panels of windows ventilators doors so as to provide dust free atmosphere inside various rooms total floors area 670 Sq. Mtr. of unit 4&5 BTPS

Removal of dust particles by cleaning & mopping room out side the following DAS cabinets of unit 4 & 5: - a) Each DAS room consists of DAS Input termination cabinets. b) DAS main cabinets. c) DAS power distribution board cabinet. d) Programmers console & printer with CRT desk etc. e) CRTs and panels etc. in shift engineer’s room. (1 Job=alternate Day)

Removal of dust particles by cleaning & mopping from inside & out side the computer cabinets (14 Nos.), APC cabinets (02 Nos.) program instructor console (06 Nos.), Printer, 09 Nos., hard copiers (02 Nos.) Removals of dust particles by cleaning & mopping from outside the panels/equipments inside CW pump house DAS room inside HT Switch gear.

Cleaning and washing on both sides of 160 nos. Acrylic covers of flush type tube light fittings installed in various rooms at SL. No. 1 to 6, C&I lab (21 M) and C&I spare parts room, so as give clear visibility. The cleaning is to be done very carefully so as to avoid damage of Acrylic covers.

Cleaning and mopping of both sides of 351 Nos. acrylic sheets each of size 0.6x0.6 Sq. meter installed in simulator room. The cleaning is to be done very carefully so as to avoid damage of Acrylic sheets and covers.

Cleaning and washing on both sides of acrylic sheets of each size 0.6X0.6 sq. meter installed in UCB Job 4&5 BTPS, so as to give clear visibility inside control room (331 Nos.)
