COMPREHENSIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANTS AT X AND L AREA AT AF STN DIGARU.

M & L comprehensive & preventive maintenance of VRF type AC plant of total capacity 160HP (4x20 HP at shed No. 26 & 4 x 20 HP at Shed No. 39) including outdoor and indoor units. Air-conditioning system (ODUs and IDUs) shall be serviced throughly 04 times - 03 Dry and 01 Wet during the stipulated time frame of maintenance contract. Any number of breakdown calls pertains to the refrigeration equipments irrespective of nature of call must be attended to make the system 100% serviciable complete in all respect as specified and directed. SCOPE OF WORK (a) System shall be checked for its proper functioning and any defect (if found) shall be rectified within the stipulated time frame. All defective spares shall be repaired/ replaced when required and consumables like Oil, Refrigerant will also be supplied whenever required as per nature of defect. (b) Indoor unit filters will be inspected and cleaned as per schedule. (c) Indoor/outdoor unit heat exchanger will be inspected and cleaned as per schedule. (d) Any number of breakdown calls pertains to the refrigeration equipment irrespective of the nature of call will be attended under this contract. INCLUSIONS:- The under-mentioned defective spares & consumables shall be repaired/replaced free of cost as and when required according to nature of defect :- (i) Compressor including spares, (ii) Fan motor including spares, (iii) P.C.B, (iv) Contactors/Relays, (v) Transformers, (vi) Refrigerant (on reqmt) and (vii) Other functional parts. EXCLUSIONS:- The under-mentioned items shall be measured & paid separately under the relevant item as and when required according to nature of defect :- (i) Ducting, Insulation, False ceiling work etc. (ii) Repair/replacement of unsv Strip Heaters (iii) Repair/replacement of unsv Heat Exchangers (iv) Rewinding of burnt AHU blower fan motor (v) Repair/replacement of unsv temperature, humudity controller (vi) Repair/replacement of unsv Fire dampers etc

Replacement of old unsv burnt electrical strip heaters of Air handling unit of existing capacity and specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the defective pump set alongwith motor from the AHU by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the same to remove burnt out windings and defective parts, rewinding the motor with super enemelled copper winding wire incl all insulating materials all as per existing, varnishing/drying etc complete and replacing the bearings/bushes as per existing size replacing the pump impeller, reassembling the same shifting to original site, reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed for the 10HP, 415 volts 1455 RPM.

Supply and fix in repair Digital Temperature-Humidity Controller of Make & Model-Real Instruments STC 3028 or equivalent, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carryout the defective thermal insulation to duct with 19mm thick high density industrial quality nitril rubber insulation, class O fixing to the duct with adhesive, covering with aluminium foil face, joint sealing with 50mm thick complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Repair/ replacement of old torn out and unservicable bonded mineral wool blanket slab 40mm thick made from glass density 24 Kg/cum and fixed in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 7.5 KW belt drive AHU panel interlocking with 80HP VRF Condensing unit and 12KWHeater controlling of cubical type compartmentalized design fabricated from 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet having cable alleys incluiding Monitoring of Input Voltage and Total current, Prevent from Single Phasing, AHU will run DOL Stater with OLR , VRF unit will run with real fan status, Heater bank will run with real fan status, Humidity sensor will control the Heater with safety temperature range, VRF Unit Start/ Stop/ Trip / Error status will show on the AHU panel, Heater Start/Stop/Trip status will show on the AHU panel incluiding taking old UNSV one complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Taking down of Old Unserviceble GI sheet Ducting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, Fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing of GI sheet ducting of 22 SWG incluiding 6mm thick gasket in the flanges, MS structure for Support hanging accessories and Dismantling the Old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.
