M&L Dismantling the alternator of DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 75 kVA from its base by using chain and pulley after removing the coupling with the engine, removing all nut, bolt with washer and all electrical connections of the alternator, shifting the alternator to work shop by crane and vehicle, opening into parts, checking all winding like main stator/rotor winding, exciter stator/rotor winding. Rewinding the main rotor and exciter rotor by using the "F" class insulation and existing gauge and type of magnet wire that was on the original motor, varnishing, heating, drying, greasing the bearings including replacement of unserviceable bearings, Re-fixing the complete including connection to the terminal box of the alternator at work shop and shifting the same to the site, Fixing the alternator to its base carefully by using chain and pulley, connecting it with existing engine including checking the alignment of alternator with the engine, connecting all electrical connections of the alternator and testing the DG set on "OFF/FULL LOAD", matching to the existing range of RPM of the engine, out put voltage 415 volt and testing all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

M&L Dismantling the alternator of DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 250 kVA from its base by using chain and pulley after removing the coupling with the engine, removing all nut, bolt with washer and all electrical connections of the alternator, shifting the alternator to work shop by crane and vehicle, opening into parts, checking all winding like main stator/rotor winding, exciter stator/rotor winding. Taking down water pump assembly from the existing position, opening into parts overhauling the same with replacement of water pump repair kit, ball bearing (1No) (Make SKF/NBC), water pump, gasket seal, oil seal and re-assembling and re-fixing on the base for the capacity 25kVA to 100 KVA DG sets and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Taking down water pump assembly from the existing position, opening into parts overhauling the same with replacement of water pump repair kit, ball bearing (1No) (Make SKF/NBC), water pump, gasket seal, oil seal and re-assembling and re-fixing on the base for the capacity 125kVA to 250 KVA DG sets and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Taking down the Dynamo 12/24 Volts from the existing position, shifting to the work shop and back , opening into parts, cleaning to sort out the unserviceable parts, replace by new one, rewinding and varnishing, heating of coil, reassembling and re-fixing to its base including to and from conveyance charges for work shop to the site for any capacity of DG and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fuel injection pump (FIP) of DG set carefully, opening in to parts, for maintenance, servicing, tuning by overhauling and calibration up to 6 cylinders, adjustment of nozzle pressure and other controls, replacement of unserviceable spares, re-fixing the FIP on its original position including to and from conveyance charges to the work shop and all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge.

Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping work shall be measured and paid for separately, removing of broken pole from site and making disturbed surface good without any extra cost.

Attending day to day complaints of street lights of various type for working height varies from 9m to 15m in the juridiction of AGE E/M, GE (N) Patiala within 15 km radious incl removing carbon from LED light connection by deploying dedicated team having the experience in the same field. Contractor has to provide all required Tool and plants for street light fault rectification. Contractor will make record of all given complaints and rectified complaints updated on daily basis. Street light complaints should be rectified within 24 hrs after intimation via any communication mode. Contractor is to collect serviceable lights from E/M stores and deposit U/S LED lights back to store. If the comaplint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 100 per day.

Material and labour as in replacement brackets 1.2 m long made to shape fabricated out of GI pipe Light grade ISI marked 40 mm dia incl provn of socket nipple welded at once end to suit the light fitting and fix to pole including clamps with nuts and bolts of suitable size cutting, drilling and welding its fix to pole and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

Taking out electric cable of any size and description from trenches/ pipe/duct and setting aside for reuse of serviceable cable or measurement for credit purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying laying jointing and testing of 16 SQMM PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor single core airport light cable of 5 KV grade conforming to IS 1554 Part-II 1981 all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pipe PVC class "B" conforming to IS 13592 including special OD 75 mm for passing through runway lighting cables including all necessary fittings and fixture ie socket/bends/Tee etc, over the Poles,walls,across the roads with proper clamps, nut & bolts washers etc complete all as specefied and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of CI Transformer Housing Box water tight round metal container of outside dia 330mm height 450 mm made of 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and under ground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole center at two side surface center 3" above bottom surface to receive 2" dia B class GI pipe and check nuts having two earth bolts of M 10 & 30mm welded inside near the hole (4" away from the hole center) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe and having a clear opening of 220 mm hole center of 260mm to receive light fitting base plate and bolts as required.

Labour only for removing carefully existing LED Elevated Heliport Light and checking serviceability of LED Elevated Heliport Light ,Isolation Transformer and Primary/ Secondry connectors with the help of suitable equipment and Installation, testing, commissioning of CI housing box incl refixing of all LED elevated Heliport light components such as Isolation transformer, LED Light, Primary connector and Secondry connector upon the CI housing box complete all as specified and directed. Note:- CI hosuing box is to be fitted accrording to latest norms of Helipads. CI housing box and excavation required will be measured and paid separatly. Contractor will be responsible to ensure safety of LED elevated heliport lights and connected accesories during removal from existing till refitting upon CI housing box.

Periodical inspection of LED Elevated Heliport Light system complete installed at Patiala cantt incl repair/ replacement of unserviceable/ defective accesories if any and as mentioned below: 1. CCR Panel 8 kVA, Make: NASU systems year of installation 2018 2. Underground cable 16 SQMM PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor single core airport light cable of 5 KV grade: Appr 2400 RM 3. CI housing boxes and LED Elevated Heliport Lights with connected componnents like Isolation transformer,LED Light, Primary connector and Secondry connector: 54 Nos Note 1 : Contractor should inspect the system once in two months or as called upon by Engineer- in -charge. The inspection and repair should incl complete testing of system, rectification of faults occured due to moisture etc incl taping of joints minor repair of the CCR panel. Stores for insulation and water proofing incl tapes, water proofing compound are deemed to be incl in this item. If any Major repair is required the same is to be informed by the contractor alongwith cost to be occured. Unserviceable components like Isolation transformer,LED Light,Primary connector and Secondry connector will be measured and paid separatly. Note 2 : Contractor is advised to visit the complete site prior bidding. Contractor should visit the site upon notification within 24 hrs. Any delay thereafter shall results in penulty of Rs 500/ day.
