Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) with 20% boulders 1 cement 3 coasre sand 6 stone aggregate grade , with 20mm nominal size .crushed

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level (By manual means)

Centering and shittering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundation footing bases of columns etc

Providing nd laying Damp Proof course 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and curing complete

12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand )

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of requried shade New work(two or more coat )applied @384 kg /10 sqm

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed works including cutting , hoising, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and painting all complete
