Construction of Retaining Wall at Aadakara Street Drainage 25m in Ward No 27

Earthwork excavation in all soils and subsoils to full depth as may be directed except hardrock requiring blastering inclusive of all shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth with initial lead and lift and Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 3K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (one part of cement, four part of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) and eight part of coarse aggregates) using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges and all incidential charges such as water providing etc., complete as per standard specification

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement concrete of grade M20 (Design mix) using 20mm and below ISS HBG graded metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cement at site, including cost of soft water, labour charges for mixing, transporting, laying and curing concrete, Hire charges for Tools and plants and incidental charges such as maintaining of protective bunds, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc, complete as per relevent standard specification for Substructure of Abutments & Return Walls / Retaining Wall (BELOW SILL / ABOVE SILL).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality P.V.C soil/ waste pipes (6KSC) of various sizes having ISI mark and providing leakproof joints including fixing to the wall with P.V.C/ M.S clamps etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismandling masonry/R.C.C. works wherever necessary and making good the dismandled portion to the original condition, complying with standard specifications.
